  Came in late yet had such a nice encounter with the desk manager Zach, he was very knowledgeable on the hurricane update, the facility and about where we might find Tesla Chargers for our car. Very positive experience. Sure wish Hilton had provided at Charger at this location.

  Dirty Rooms please look at the pictures

  Im writing this review of my experience Of the room I just checked out from. The room was completely dirty. We found a pillow case with what appeared to be a blood stain on it. This is completely unacceptable but its just plain disgusting during Covid. The ac vent appeared like they havent been clean in weeks. There was toothpaste splattered behind the sink, it wasnt mine since my toothpaste is white. Very disappointing and this review is coming from a Hilton Diamond member. The only reason I stayed is because I just finished driving for 13 hours and I have 2 dogs with me.

  They saved the pizzas!

  I would to thank the 2 ladies at the front desk who were nice enough to put the New York pizzas from Len & Jos restaurant that I was bringing to friends who have moved away from their hometown into their walk in freezer. This review would have 5 stars, but there was construction going on in the pool area that woke us up at 9AM.

  Some good, some not so good

  This is an older hotel that has been updated. The rooms are a little small. One good thing is that it was a little more soundproof than newer hotels. Despite being told by the front desk that housekeeping would not enter the rooms, the housekeeping staff was knocking on doors between 9-10 am. The rooms were mostly clean - the lamps needed to be dusted. Bed was comfortable with a variety of pillows. COVID breakfast was not good - I've had much better in other hotels recently.

  Awesome Stay and Staff

  Ive stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn several times, mostly in pre-Covid days, and always enjoyed my stay. This time Covid protocols were in full effect, but the staff leaned forward in making everyone feel comfortable and enjoy there stay nonetheless. While I missed the restaurant, the breakfast grab and go was thoughtful in layout and offerings. Likewise, sanitizing stations were where they needed to be and free masks were available for those who forgot theirs. My particular arrival night was oversold due to the mass arrival of electrical workers from around the region to repair the battered power grid. But Tonya called me early before I arrived to tell me and even found me an alternative room for the night plus gave me a nicer room for my inconvenience. She went above and beyond to take care of me, and I really appreciate it. I also had great support from Sam, he was extremely helpful and was very pleasant and funny to boot. A wonderful bright and warm welcome after a stretch of very cold and icy days and travel. Well done!
