    Wonderful experience

    Hotel was very nice. The whole experience was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again. Must compliment the wait staff serving breakfast....they were extremely polite and friendly. One of the prettiest lobbies too.

    Stayed twice in a last year

    We stayed in July and were very satisfied, so I booked it again when we needed lodging in February. This time they couldnt honor our Hilton Diamond request for an upgrade to a suite. I personally checked their website and they indeed were sold out of suites. Our other requests were not met either, such as top floor and close to the elevator. As much as it was disappointing, we were still able to enjoy our stay. Room was very clean and everything worked. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. Premium WIFI signal was excellent. The indoor pool and hot tub were very nice and I really enjoyed it. Interaction with staff was very pleasant both front desk and restaurant staff at breakfast as all were pleasant, competent and professional. One thing we would like to see improved is the tv in the room as its an older model and hopefully during our next stay maybe they would have a king suite available, so we could get an upgrade.

    Clean and convenient stay

    Went to Warner Robins on a business trip and stayed in the Hilton Garden Inn. Last trip we stayed at another hotel on the same street. I liked the Hilton a lot better. It was nicer and cleaner and the digital key/check in/out is my favorite especially for late check ins.

    Amazing service recovery

    Myself and my wife stayed at the hilton garden inn as we regularly do but this time was so outstanding that I have to give credit to the wonderful service that I recieved. I went into the breakfast area and told a server by the name of Sharralle that I'd be waiting on my wife to come down before I ordered but that I'd like a cup of coffee while I waited, she sat me down and walked away. I sat for a while until I asked again, not once, but on 3 different occasions for a cup of coffee. It was until I stopped another server by the name of Nia. She introduced herself and welcomed me back and brought me coffee immediately and apologized. Once my wife came down Nia then approached my wife and I, then proceeded to take our order with the sweetest smile. We spoke to her and made casual conversation about her two puffs. But I say this all to say that she was such a delight that we left her a very generous tip and wanted to say, "Thank you Nia for being such a warm and positive person even after seeing my frustration you fixed the problem and kept a great attitude after. Again THANK YOU." When we come back into town we will definitely be coming back to see you. -Richard J. Dobbyn

    Cant believe the good reviews

    In this age of covid no masks were required or sign posted! Employees werent wearing masks - only a few. No amenities open like the pool or gym but this was expected. Our room -233- was very noisy from. Loud refrigerator motor and a very loud toilet flush. All other Hiltons weve stayed at on this trip had either a limited hot breakfast or breakfast bags to go - this one had neither but you could purchase breakfast for $10.00! There were 2 bottles of water in the room but had $ 2.00 each sign on them! All other Hiltons had digital check in & out and digital room keys. This place made you line up and stop at the front desk, fill out forms, show an ID and THEN get a digital key! Of course no one in line wore a mask! What is wrong with management here???
