  Pot Smoke Filled Halls and Lack of Care

  Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn on August 7th, 2020! Have stayed at multiple Hilton properties since the beginning of the Global Pandemic of 2020. This hotel doesnt meet the cleanliness and support by staff to ensure safety of its guests. Upon arrival utilized the electronic check to reduce exposure and walked to our room. The hotel lobby was filled with people without masks, beer cans filled exterior trash cans and our floor was filled with POT smoke. Smoke was so bad we covered the bottom of our door with towels to keep the smoke coming into where our kids were. When the front desk was notified they indicated that several other families were complaining but they didnt know what to do and the on call manager couldnt be reached. They were unable to move us to another room and acted as they didnt care. The room itself did not reach the cleanliness standards we are used to at Hilton Garden Inns. There were leftover crumbs and dog hair beside the bed. Exterior hallway windows were covered in spider webs. Upon receiving feedback in survey received generic apology from Asst General Manager that suggested I contact the front desk next time. Hotel staff is unresponsive to corporate feedback also. I highly do not recommend this hotel if traveling through Twin Falls! It does not measure up to he Hilton Garden Inn standards.

  Quiet

  Very quiet for having a room on first floor. Friendly informative staff to help you with sightseeing and restaurant choices! Great full cooked to order breakfast with good service. Close to everything you would need. Room was spacious.

  A quick layover on our way home...

  My husband & I spent the night on our way home from a 3 week vacation in southern Utah. Much to our surprise, we were told that our AAA rate did not include breakfast. This is the first hotel on our trip that didn't include at least a bag breakfast, yet the room rate was competitive to all the other hotels we reserved. Fortunately, we were carrying breakfast items with us. Beyond that disappointment, the hotel & room were modern, pleasant & clean. Our room was smaller than the others we had booked but for an overnight stay...it worked for us. If we had plans for an extended stay, we would have found it inconvenient. Our room, on the 4th floor, was quiet...especially the air conditioner. The bed & pillows were comfy. The front desk was helpful in providing directions to the nearby Shoshone Falls State Park. We ordered take-out dinner from a nearby eatery and picnicked at the state park. No one was collecting the $5.00 fee when we entered the park. We had a very restful sleep and were ready to hit the road the next morning!

  Really nice hotel!

  We stayed here a couple weeks ago, while on a road trip around the northwest. The staff is super friendly, everyone was wearing masks, and the room was very clean. There is a beautiful walking trail behind the hotel, along the river, which was wonderful after a long day in the car. We tried to eat outside at a local restaurant, but no one was wearing masks at any of the restaurants we stopped at. We had dinner at the hotel, which was so good! This hotel has done a fantastic job following Covid protocols during these crazy times. Would definitely stay here again if we travel through ID.

  Relaxing stay

  The staff is extremely kind and efficient. Extremely clean room and comfortable beds. Our stay was so relaxing! No one making tons of noise! Laundry room was such a bonus. Fantastic location. The inhouse restaurant is fantastic! The buffalo wings are perfect!
