  Must Stay-well kept secret

  From the time I stepped through the door Ms. Sharlet made us feel welcome. Ms. Sharlet has a beautiful personality that is much needed in this day and time. Ms. Sharlet made sure we knew the restaurant s available on site, breakfast menu and time as well as offer us outside dinning opportunities. This hotel is beautiful clean and situated in an idea part of Oklahoma that is peaceful and surrounded by shopping places. Kiddos for the cleanines of the room and making sure we felt safe during this COVID pandemic. Thanks again Ms. Sharlet. We will be back.

  Hilton Garden Inn, Broken Arrow, Ok.

  Nice hotel, the bed was comfy and seemed clean, a closer inspection of the shower when going to get a shower the next morning revealed that I had to scrub up gunk and someone elses hair before I got into the shower!!and there were what looked like pieces of cat food on the carpet in the bedroom, I told the desk clerk when we were checking out, and he apologized and said he would have moved us to another room (and I would have had them to had I know the shower was dirty) but I am afraid the shower in the other room would probably have been the same possibly, I personally dont think housekeeping makes scrubbing the showers a priority!

  Arrived in OK to work at presenting training to the Army National Guard. The COVD-19 has caused some major concerns in regards to guest and staff safety. My room was tagged as disinfected and serviced upon my arrival. If you need fresh towels or a room cleaning, contact the front desk. Room trash can be placed out in the waste containers or bundled in the trash bad and placed in the hallway. Breakfast is a ticket from the front desk with what you want from breakfast (3 choices). Overall, great stay and worth a return.

  Last Chance

  I usually try to stay in Hilton properties and originally thought this hotel was very nice. Then, I stayed here a few weeks ago and was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. I did receive an email from the manager acknowledging my complaint. I stayed there another time and the room seemed clean. This trip I have taken showers with barely warm water and the inside bathroom door looks like many people have smeared their hands all over it and some liquid dried on it. There are other Hilton hotels in the area that I can stay in that will have hot water and cleaner.

  Horrible people and management

  Here is a property and company who are horrible and discriminatory. I am a disabled vet with health issues and was refused a room because I cannot wear a mask . I was told they dont care and that there were other hotels and I didnt matter. I was told that I could go elsewhere and my condition violated their policy! John was the manager on duty , not only was he rude and unprofessional, and when I asked to speak to the manager he said he was the manager, I asked him to please call corporate, he said no and I asked him to call the franchise owner and he said he didnt have the number, was reluctant to give me the customer service line number. Its a sad day when a hotel violates rights and discriminate because people are not able to abide by their so called policy of all guests wear a mask, not to mention some Of us cant.
