  Loved this hotel super friendly staff

  One of the best hotels (and cities) I've stayed in. The staff were really kind, friendly and helpful. The room was brand new and immaculate. The air con was good and the room was really quiet, so I always got a good nights sleep. The room has tea/coffee making facilities, and an empty mini-fridge which you can stock with items from the 24-hour shop at reception. The breakfast options were excellent and the fagottini with fresh truffle I had one night for dinner was amazing. Its a 30-minute easy walk to the main sights of Skanderbeg Square, the Pyramid, BunkArt2, etc the best way is to walk along the Gjergi Fishta Boulevard which is full of shops and cafés on both sides of the River Lana. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes and a Conad mini-market near the back of the hotel on/near Kavaja Street. I totally fell in love with Tirana itself it has such a cool vibe. Im planning on returning to this hotel and then exploring the rest of Albania very soon.

  Good location and nice, Clean

  Good Hotel, I had a very nice view from my room on 7th Floor. Toiletries was really nice and compliment of two still water bottle was add on. Breakfast was just OK and i think the hotel has to think to improve. Rest customer service was very good.

  Good beds, good breakfast, standard conference facilities

  Attended a conference here. The hotel is new and the standard rooms are not very large but they are fresh. The beds are excellent - very comfortable. Breakfast was also excellent - a range of freshly prepared hot and cold foods that satisfy preferences for American, English, Continental and/or Mediterranean breakfasts. The conference facilities are standard. Furnishings will please some but not all. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful.

  A great experience

  The hotel is situated at a very convenient and quiet location. The staff is really professional and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. It was an overall pleasant staying. I strongly recommend it for any purpose of visits to Tirana.

  More than a cut above...

  As Hilton Diamond, we choose Hilton family properties frequently and found the Hilton Garden Inn Tirana definitely more than a cut above the typical HGI. Our suite was well-appointed, clean and comfortable, and the hotel in general was upscale, spacious and inviting. To a person, the staff were always willing to please, professional and seemed quite happy. Located close to Tirana's primary attractions, the hotel most importantly (for us) felt completely secure and safe. The dining area had more of a restaurant feel to it, and the breakfasts were quite good. We tend to find the Hilton family properties outside of the USA to be much nicer than the normal cookie-cutter USA approach, and the Hilton Garden Inn Tirana was a perfect example...a top shelf property.
