  Rude House Keeping

  The front desk staff was nice and accommodating. The common spaces immaculate. The gym was below typical Hilton standards. But the reason that, a loyal Hilton patron, gave a two star review is due to the housekeeping staffs behavior. We had placed our Do Not Disturb sign on our door, as did another family member staying on the same floor. At 0900 (am) we received a firm knock on the door followed by house keeping,. We responded with we have the Do Not Disturb sign up. She, the house keeper, responded with just checking to see if you are still her. She continued down the hallway doing the same thing to all the rooms including our family member. I should note that even before this happened the worker and a male counterpart were yelling to each other down the hallway. I guess they wanted us all up and out. We are on a cross country road trip and had been staying at Hilton Gardens until this experience. Tonight I write this review from an awesome AirBNB property where I know I wont be woken by surly housekeeping employees. I thank Hilton for introducing me to how awesome Air BNB is.

  Great place to stay!!!

  This is where our family and friends stay when visiting Tallahassee. The accommodations and excellent and the staff is top-notch. I highly recommend this quaint little Hilton. Very classy and customer-oriented.

  Not cleaning rooms during pandemic

  I stayEd December 26, 2020. They were pubic hairs in the shower and there was a hair in the bed. If that is the case that means they are not cleaning the rooms properly during the pandemic I will not stay at Hilton property again. Oh and the tv didnt work. At 117 per night inexcusable.

  Worst Hilton Ive stayed at

  My husband and I stayed here on 12/26/20 after driving 12 hours. I used my app to book, check-in, and use the door key - all effortless to do. However, upon walking into the room we noticed the floor was very sticky, used dental floss was lying on the bathroom floor and counter and mirror had smudge marks on them. NOT what we wanted to see during COVID-19. The guests staying above us must have had a toddler or two because all we could hear was footsteps constantly running back and forth. The front desk staff were not helpful at all (especially on departure).

  Worst HG Ive stayed at..cold shower

  As Hilton Diamond members we stay at a lot Of properties. Staff was friendly I cant fault them its the room. It felt tired and old. Old flat pillows, old looking furniture. Loud weird sounds from bathroom fan. Sink water was fine and hot when needed. Shower was not hot. Turned the facet to hottest setting and tub facet was a trickle. Then turned shower one and water was lukewarm at best. I was freezing cold. I tried to call down to the front desk but phones didnt work. Front desk button guest services yielded nothing. We walked down and asked and lady was polite. We were out for the day. Came back and I could tell they had done something because there was black dirt in the tub. Yuck! Lucky I have my own wipes. Oh and the remote didnt really work. No channel guide in the rooms. Rooms looks old- weird yellow. Breakfast was ok- nice staff just worn dated facilities.
