    ADECUADO PARA VIAJE NEGOCIOS, cerca del aeropuerto, y con lo necesario para este tipo de viajes. Lejos del centro de la ciudad, se necesita coche o transporte para todo. Se puede mejorar la comodidad de las camas.

    Last Staff or Weird hotel policies

    Flew to St.Louis and needed a late night hotel to check into on July 2nd. Attempted to check in to hotel around 1 or 2 am and was told they don't allow hotels check ins until 4pm through the speaker to the rude front desk girl. I explained that I'm willing to pay for the full night and needed a room until the 6th but no dice. Clearly the near empty parking lot was an indicator of vacant rooms. I don't understand how or why a hotel would turn away guests willing to pay during a pandemic that is crippling the industry. I called hotel RL and they happily figured out how to get me a key and check me in until the 6th of July. Hilton needs to do better.

    Not clean!

    I booked this hotel for four nights. The first room I was a signed had dirty sheets so I was moved to a different room closer to the front desk. When I woke up this morning to wash my face and to brush my teeth I grabbed a face towel and noticed there was a long piece of hair that did not belong to me because I am bored and no has been in this room!!! Not only was there hair on my face towels but the room smells. I spoke with Jeremy at the front desk, he was very nice and even offered to comp one of my night. Nice gesture however I dont feel comfortable here anymore due to the fact they were supposed to have every room cleaned from top to bottom and its obvious they cut corners. I want to check out of here and go someplace else however room rates at the last minute are super high and Im stuck between a rock and a hard place. This experience with the Hilton has made my trip an epic fail. I hate that I even have to come on here to let them know what a terrible experience Im having, with the coronavirus going on One would Think the hotel in style will take extra precaution to make sure each and every room is safe and clean for the guest. Words cant even describe how disgusted and pissed off I am. I feel like Im being punked because Ive had two bad experiences in two separate rooms. In the pictures below you can see there is a piece of dark something on the sheets and in the second picture is from the second room I was given with hair on my wash cloths

    Waiting Forever

    Booked a Park & Fly deal. Checking in...stood at the counter for 15-20 minutes waiting for someone to show up to check us in...no other customers in the lobby and no employees around. Bed was like sleeping on a plastic diaper. They had some sort of plastic covering over the mattress & the fitted bed sheet would not stay on so woke up several times lying on the gross plastic covering. Leaving the next morning for the airport, they had to call a cab to take us because not 24 hr service like website says & they have limited drivers. Come back a week later, call for airport shuttle, wait 30 minutes...no shuttle. Call again, was told they didnt know where the shuttle driver was & they would call us a cab..which took 45 min to get there. So we spent 1.5 hours waiting at the airport to get to a hotel that is 5 minutes away. I am so disappointed because usually this is a good place to stay but management has obviously made very poor decisions when it comes to staffing needs.

    Avoid this Hilton!

    There was no one at the front desk on check in. We found the desk clerk in the bar typing on her phone. She looked up saw us and went back to typing. Finally she came to the desk and checked us in with a bit of an attitude. Signed up for the shuttle to the airport at 5:30. We were in the lobby at 5:15. At 5:25 the desk clerk called a cab because they DO NOT HAVE 24 HOUR SHUTTLE! Upon return we waited 35 minutes at the airport for the shuttle. During our second call to the hotel the clerk said hes on the way. She said she didnt know where he was or when he would be at there to pick us up but hes on the way. When he showed up it was only a seven minute trip to the hotel. He offered no assistance with anyones baggage. The young man serving tables and acting as bartender was wonderful! Very polite and attentive and was the only bright spot in our stay! No located in a good neighborhood.
