    Muy buen hotel de paso!

    Nos quedamos una noche que estabamos de paso por Shreveport y nos parecio buen lugar, limpio y prolijo. Hay maquinas de hielo y coca en cada piso. El personal de recepcion excelente y para el desayuno habia de todo. Por todo esto y por el precio es una perfecta opcion para parar.

    My night was awesome.low and affordable price. Room was clean, disinfectant. The service was superb. When I wanted room service they tend to my every need, treated me with the upmost respect, I felt like a king while I was there. Their service was so good that I had to stay another night. There are the best king of workers ever job needs to have, they do take so much pride in their work. 10/10 unmatched service. The owner hired the right kind of members for this job!

    Best stay

    My family was coming in town and we stayed at this location before and it was great. My family had three rooms and they were great. The dinner was great and we had some drinks as well. Ro gave impeccable service and Darrien helped us with directions to our event. Thank you Hilton.

    Dont get the breakfast

    Im a Lifetime Diamond Hilton traveler. I get a free breakfast at Hilton properties and that is a big reason I stay there, especially properties that offer cooked to order service. This place told me I could only have 3 strips of bacon with breakfast. I wanted 5, but was limited to 3. I didnt need or want most of the other offerings like potatoes or grits. That two extra pieces of bacon sure were important to this hotel. Keep your bacon. Ill just exercise my recourse. Ill be staying at a HGI property on my next trip to Shreveport.

    Kings, Queens, Princesses and Princes

    This was the most wonderful place to stay, the staff is there for your every want. Friendly and accommodating. Food is delicious! Rooms are super clean. Even the maid service staff is amazing. AAA+ please don't make the mistake I did and try another place. If you are visiting Shreveport make your booking here. CALL ahead, others know of this wonderful place and their rooms fill fast.
