  El hotel posee instalaciones muy cómodas y el personal muestra un trato muy amigable. La vista hacia el exterior ofrece paisajes muy agradables. Son transparentes y lo que ofrecen lo cumplen. Gracias por el buen servicio.

  Buen servicio , solo con lo de la manager de limpieza que me ofendio bastante con sus preguntas todo lo demas muy bien hasta con lo las Del front desk y el servicio de wifi no hubo esta vez aver si pueden hacer algo

  Nice place, affordable with great service

  I am traveling for work again, this time to Everett Washington so my search for hotels popped up this Hilton in a super convenient location. I checked in late as I often do and the girl at the counter was very friendly. She also upgraded my room without me having ri beg for it, which as a Diamond member I always appreciate though it rarely happens. Due to Covid restrictions the pool, business center and the restaurant were closed but thats understandable. There was a boxed breakfast available but it wasnt free for my membership and I didnt take advantage of it. My upgraded room was really nice, comfy pillows and a small office space. But the lighting in that front office was super dim and it was hard to get work done there. I was going in on night shift so checked out very early but then remembered I had some calls very early so I flipped back around and came back and the front desk was very cool about opening my room back up for the rest of the morning. Overall I really liked the service from the front desk. Some limitations for the room but overall super convenient and I will very likely stay there again.

  AS ALWAYS CONTINUED GREAT STAY AT HILTON GARDEN INN

  As always, another great stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Everett, Paine Field. Meets and exceeds COVID sanitation precautions. Jarek, during check in, provided outstanding customer service and great follow up after check in. Morning Check out with Felisha was supburb. Both were professional and offerred great support to ensure an enjoyable stay during these complex times. Having stayed at over 1,000 Hilton nights at various locations around the world during the past 22 years, I always enjoy this property. The extra bonus is being able to watch the planes being tested and manufactured by Boeing from the view of each Easterly faced room.

  Bad an worse

  My husband was working out of town so my son an I can to visit him. I was planning on working from the hotel. At first everything was ok. Service was so so not great but not horrible. We decided to extend are stay big mistake. They had not internet for 3/4 days of my stay I could not do work. They told me to try to go to Starbucks I did I was went to 4 other places I could not get WIFI in my car an I could not sit in side because of COVID. Outside seating was closed because it was raining. This was a huge inconvenience especially was a toddler. I asked the front desk about it many times each time they were very rude about it. I would have not been so annoyed if they had just seemed to care an would have been more understanding. To top it all off behind the chair by the curtain we found a mask that did not belong to my family it was so gross. I feel with covid this should never have happened. I usually love staying at Hilton but this experience was just horrible. I would not recommend staying here.
