  Felt At Home Away From Home

  My experience here was AMAZING! I am especially in love with the presence of Luchie the front desk receptionist. As a nurse who traveled out to Sacramento from the Bay Area for work, she really took care of me, making sure that I had everything that I needed and made sure that I was constantly informed. That is the TRUE definition of hospitality. I love how she always greeted you whenever you're walking in and out of the facility. The hotel is very clean. I was a little bummed when I found out the gym was closed but I'm not mad as they were following the COVID rules. I would definitely stay here again if I get sent out to cover this area again.   Trip to see the California Capital

  We had a really pleasant visit at The Hilton Garden Inn Scaramento/South Natomas. I especially appreciated the treatment we received from Luchie L. the front desk receptionist. We travelled to Sacramento for a quick visit to the State's Capital and she made sure we had all that we required. She also provided us with the information we needed for out trip. The Hotel was very clean and following all of the COVID-19 protocols. Thanks again LUCHIE...

  A great place to stay

  Ive stayed at this hotel three times recently and both times i was pleasantly surprised by how helpful the staff was. I was a bit concerned about a hotel stay during the pandemic however I found this hotel to be safe and i felt comfortable as soon as I arrived. Infact, Luchie the front desk manager even texted me to check in on my travels before I arrived and asked if there was anything she could do to make my arrival more comfortable.

  I Cant Say Enough

  I have been traveling (due to COVID) for the entire month of January and already half of February. I came upon this hotel by chance. No real expectations. The staff has made an extremely difficult time feel just a little better. When I come in at the end of the day, I am greeted by name. Yes, masks are worn, but you can see their eyes and hear their tone of voice. It is genuine. Luchie, Diego, Aaryn, Kelly and Luis at the front desk make it feel a bit like home away from home. They take the time to get to know the regulars (those of us who travel for our jobs). The rooms, the cleanliness are all up to par, but in a world where we are separated by 6 feet, plexiglass and masks, with all the praise is going to frontline workers, these amazing people are behind the scenes making it possible and making me feel welcomed and loved. From the bottom of my heart - Thank you.

  Outstanding customer service

  Luchie greeted us at the front desk with a friendly smile and soon discovered I had accidentally made our reservation at another Sacramento Hilton Garden Inn. She immediately called that hotel to confirm and cancel, having our points credited back to our account. She cheerfully moved our luggage to a safe location and brought us cold waters and a business card In no time at all we were rebooked into this hotel in the same type of room, were given our room keys and a pleasant wish for a good evening. We had driven 400 miles that day and were really tired. Luchie saved the day, all with a big smile and positive attitude. She made my error a pleasant experience instead of a real headache at the end of our long day. As Diamond members we frequent stay at Hilton properties. Luchie is a great asset to this Hilton property. The hotel was clean and modern. We enjoyed our stay and slept well.
