  Clean! Friendly!

  Room was cleaned to Hiltons COVID standards. Warm welcome when I arrived, even though I had digital key. I have stayed before and could see how hard they were working to keep everyone safe in these times.

  Great base for attending the SAS Championship

  Located just off I-40/the I-440 Raleigh beltway, this wonderful HGI was my base for 4 nights whilst in Cary to attend the SAS Championship (PGA Tour Champions) golf tournament at Prestonwood Country Club last October (back in normal times, before Covid - remember those days?!). The Park & Ride for the golf tournament was only 6 miles away (12 minute drive) at Fred Bond Park, so this hotel met my needs perfectly. Parking was free and plentiful, and I could see my car from my room at the front of the hotel. All staff members I encountered (from the front desk to the restaurant) were very pleasant, helpful and efficient. Dining in the hotel restaurant was great - a filling breakfast to start the day (albeit at additional cost); tasty and healthy dinner offerings at the end of long days autograph hunting and walking the golf course (loved the salmon bowl with a curry kick!). My King room (323) was spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable, if a little lacking in good artificial light, with mini-fridge, microwave and mini-Keurig (but housekeeping neglected to replenish the tea pods after the first day). The small but functional bathroom had a walk-in shower, which I prefer (no bathtub); housekeeping had folded hand towels on the counter into the shape of a shirt and tie :) Brown and green seems to be the decor theme in a lot of the newer Hilton family hotels these days. Lobby and restaurant area was quite open and airy; Fitness Center was good and secure. If I ever visit Cary again I'll be sure to stay in this hotel :)

  Absolute best hotel and staff!!

  We visited the area with family and stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Let me tell you, we travel a lot and have seen a lot of hotels, not only the hotel is pretty and super clean, its location is perfect. The special thanks I want to give to stuff who work at that place, super friendly, attentive, helpful especially the lady Faith from the front desk who welcomed us on the first night and went above and beyond for every guest she greeted to feel special and welcomed. I had a little accident at the day of our departure, I left my necklace in the room and only when I got home to Florida, while unpacking, I remembered I forgot to take my necklace. I called the front desk and the lovely Faith answered, she went to check the room right away and called me back within minutes to give me great news that she found it and she was so sincerely happy for me! She is absolutely wonderful person, less and less people like her are out there nowadays. God bless you Faith! And many thinks to Hilton Garden of Cary-Raleigh!

  Clean sanitized hotel with great staff

  I stayed here for business last week and I was pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were also very professional and friendly. I did have an issue with my room which was handled by the GM very quickly and in a very satisfactory way. The location is great for shopping or accessing the triangle. It is close to the highway and you can go North, South, East or West in short order from this location.

  A Balm for the Weary Traveler

  After driving for 11 torturous hours from Boston, MA, to Raleigh, NC, this Hilton Garden Inn restored my human-ness. Faith, the clerk at the front desk at the time of our arrival, was so friendly, easy-going, and professional. I feel that she could see that my husband and I were at the brink of complete collapse after 11 hours in the car, and the check in process was seamless and quick. I booked this hotel last minute while somewhere Virginia and was not disappointed. The room was clean and had everything we needed: fridge, microwave, bathroom, bed. The lobby was decorated nicely for Christmas and everything seemed clean. There are a ton of shops nearby (including a Target that sells wine and beer), easy access from the highway, and the location was quiet.
