    Excelente relación calidad/precio

    Este es un tipico hotel con excelentes instalaciones e impecable limpieza. Cabe resaltar el horario de la piscina que abre de 5 am a 10 pm! Esto fue apreciado por mi hija quien pudo disfrutar de la piscina. El personal del hotel también nos recomendó restaurantes cercanos ya que el de hotel estaba cerrado.

    Wonderful hotel. The room was absolutely perfect. Cleaned, stocked and ready. Easy access to highways or train. Staff was great and if you need anything they will get it for you. The pool was refreshing and cleaned daily.

    Clean and accommodating stay

    My husband and I stayed here for a wedding and mistakenly booked at the wrong Hilton. Kimberly at the front desk was SO accommodating and quickly re-booked us to stay at this location. She was professional, fast, and reassuring. The room was very clean and spacious. My husband raved about the restaurant attached to the hotel. The lobby is newly redone and beautiful. I would recommend staying here!

    Still great, even with COVID-19 restrictions

    My wife and stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Providence Airport for 10 nights during a recent visit to RI. We have relatives in the area and always stay here when we visit, whether we fly or drive as we did this time. I've written several reviews before, but there were some changes this time so I wanted to provide an update. The good news is that despite COVID-19 changes, we still had an excellent stay. The front desk staff was awesome as always. The entire lobby area and some of the rooms have been renovated since our previous stay a year ago, and the lobby is now very open, modern, and looks really nice. We stayed in one of the renovated king rooms (517). It wasn't a drastic makeover, but the new furnishings looked very nice and modern. One unfortunate change, which seems to be a trend at many hotels, is that the ample drawer space they had before was replaced with a few tiny drawers and some shelves. There's no longer a door to the closet. The bathroom was nice, and ours had a large shower enclosure with no tub, unlike the rooms we've had in the past (I don't know if some of the other king rooms still have tubs). The AC fan was a bit loud, even on the low setting. The hotel had the usual COVID-19 procedures in place. All staff and guests were required to wear masks, social distancing in the elevators and other public spaces, housekeeping service by request only, and individually wrapped grab and go breakfast options in the morning. The breakfast selections were limited, but some were good. The front desk staff were really good about wiping things down during breakfast. Sadly, the great breakfast staff that we knew from our previous stays were no longer there. The ice machines weren't available, but you could get ice at the front desk, as well as fresh towels and other items. The fitness center was open and we used it, but you had to reserve it and only one party could use it at any time. We saw very few other guests during our stay, even though the hotel was at about 30% capacity. We requested housekeeping once in the middle of our stay. The Iron Works next door was open (we ate there many times), and they had outdoor seating available in a large tent in the parking lot (in addition to indoor seating). The bar there was open too, with plexiglass dividers between customers and the bartenders and between groups of seats at the bar. Unfortunately, most of the Iron Works staff we knew from before were gone too. We'll be back here again the next time we visit RI.

    Disappointed

    This is normally one of my go to hotel in the area. Disappointed that they are basically using the pool as someones personal training gym and guest cant use the pool because they rent it out. I wont be back till that is changed. They already lost out on 4 room nights as we stayed someplace else the next weekend. In addition the front desk associate does really not seem to care or give the impression she likes her jobs.
