  Excellent accommodations!

  We stayed at this hotel on our way home from a trip down south. The hotel was spotless and the room was large and comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive. It is located in a business park type area so dining options are limited without a drive. I highly recommend this hotel.

  Thank you to ALL staff! Due to a sudden death in our family, we had to book a room last minute. Not only were you able to accommodate us, you were willing to let us extend our stay if necessary. Your front desk staff was always there to greet with a smile. You housekeeping staff did a great job (even through these challenging times). The room was "Tip Top" each day. Your breakfast dining room staff took extra good care of us to ensure health/safety guidelines. They also made us feel welcomed and did not miss a beat! I can't begin to Thank Your Staff enough for making our stay one less thing to worry about.

  Very well run hotel

  Stayed here in February right before the pandemic started for a family wedding. The hotel was very clean and well run. The owner was always visible and walking around and at one point chatted up my wife and I to see how our stay was going. It seemed like the hotel had a lot of events going on yet it didn't feel too busy as management seemed to have a grasp of everything. I was very pleasantly surprised by this stay.

  Overnight Stay with the children

  Upon checking in everything was fine. I headed to the room with my family, checked into room 339 I believe it was and the room appeared to be clean. I went to the balcony where I found a beer bottle with cigarette butts in it,a wet towel from the pool,and a cup on the floor. I had my newborn baby with us & with Covid-19 in full force I was disappointed that more attention wasn't paid to the overall cleanliness of the room. Nothing was offered, just a change of room and where they moved us we could see the balcony of the room we were in. We took a pic hours later,still no one grabbed the trash from the balcony see pics below. The jacuzzi in the pool area didn't work either,they said someone would be down to fix it but they never showed up! I'm not a negative person,we stay at places all over the world. You win some you lose some,its how its handled that matters most. I feel the ball was dropped a change of room is expected but nothing else was offered or said just an apology. On a brighter note the pool area is very nice despite the jacuzzi malfunction. The overall ambience of the hotel is inviting too so to have these issue caught me off guard!

  2 Weeks into a 6 Week stay at Hilton Garden Inn Southpointe

  We are on a business stay. We stayed at this property before and as far back as 2006. We were at another Hilton property close by but it did not disclose the breakfast was a cheap brown bag and the place was lacking in many ways. We asked my company to move us to this property. What a difference! Our room was spotless, common areas are all well kept and spotless, a very friendly staff and management. The fact that they are still doing a cooked to order breakfast was a big factor in moving to this property. The breakfast service and kitchen staff are wonderful ambassadors for the entire Hilton chain. They are all very friendly, attentive and provide first rate service. Breakfast is always served perfectly. It gets our day started in a positive manner. We are happy we moved to this property for the remainder of our trip. If you are looking for a very clean property with an attentive and friendly staff coupled with an great breakfast service and staff to start your day off right, This is the place! We have stayed at many Hilton properties all around the world and this one ranks with the pack at the top of the list in all categories.
