    Pegado al aeropuerto

    Hotel típico de aeropuerto, pero muy correcto y con todos los servicios necesarios. Me alojé unas horas pues hacía un vuelo de conexión y lo elegí por la cercanía al aeropuerto. Silencioso, está muy bien insonorizado. Por lo demás, muy correcto y con un amplio parking.

    Business Conference

    Not a bad place to stay, but basically just mediocre...staff is friendly and helpful, but rooms are smaller and less luxurious than other places in the area. Conference room as divided was small, group breakfast was cold....

    Great Hotel

    This hotel exceeds all my expectations. Friendly helpful staff, clean updated rooms and great restaurant food. I had a salad with salmon for dinner which was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

    A great place to stay

    We stayed here during a business trip (and COVID-19). The rooms were clean and everyone wore masks unless in their rooms. The staff was super fantastic! We had shipped crates in advance of our arrival. The staff told me the the boxes were there when we checked in (I didn't ask). We checked out the next morning and returned that afternoon to ship our crates back UPS before returning home. We were sweaty and about to get on an airplane. We asked if we could wipe down with a cloth to freshen up a bit. They offered our rooms back to freshen up (we had already checked out 5 hours earlier). In my 30 years of traveling, I've NEVER had a hotel offer that to us. Thank you for your kind hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel.

    Exceptionally Clean During Covid-19

    If you're worried about cleanliness and a hotel's procedures during this time, rest assured: this hotel is taking the virus extremely seriously. Take it from someone who hasn't eaten in a restaurant or been around other people since March - I stayed at this hotel last night and I'm 100% sure I didn't catch the virus. When you arrive, you'll notice the signs about masks being required in the hotel. They're not joking - every single person I saw, from guests to reception to cleaning staff, was wearing a mask. The check-in desk has a clear protective shield so you won't be face-to-face with anyone. There are floor markers for guests to stand on if there's a line to check in. They limit people using the elevators to 2 at a time, but also recommend taking the stairs if you can. And there are hand sanitizer stations everywhere. The room itself was unbelievably clean. It may be the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in. There is a safety seal on the door that you have to break to get into your room, so you know that no one has been in it since it was cleaned. And the room definitely smelled like cleaning supplies (not in an overwhelming or off-putting way, it was just clearly clean-smelling). Even the TV remote had a safety sticker showing that it had been cleaned. Now, I still wiped everything down with a Clorox wipe and made sure to wash my hands a ton, but that's just me. Probably unnecessary. Besides cleanliness, this was a very nice stay. The room looks exactly like the hotel's pictures - new furnishings, nice TV with a decent enough selection of channels (I think Dish network), and the WiFi worked well. The staff were friendly, but honestly I didn't really see them after I checked in. The lobby and public areas of the hotel are updated and just generally very nice. If you're unfamiliar, the Robinson area has a ton of restaurants and delivery options. And the hotel itself is in a very safe location. It's kind of hidden at the end of a street, but it's within throwing distance of everything you'd want. So if you're nervous about Covid-19 and are afraid that hotels aren't taking the proper precautions, you don't need to worry. I can't imagine what else a hotel could do to keep things clean. I have no doubt that this hotel is taking the virus seriously, and I truly appreciate everything they've done to make their guests feel safe.
