  bes staff hands down. Mikaylea was the coolest front desk person hands down. I dnt kno who needs ot hear this, but say here IT'S WORTH IT. Great pricem great stayyyyyy. Bartender was great! Super cool

  Great time!

  Mikaela at the front desk has been very nice and patient to me. She has made she that I felt comfortable and safe. The hotel rooms were very nice and clean. I would also like to acknowledge their manager Kevin who has been very awesome and patient with me. Great front staff makes the stay amazing. Thanks everyone

  Great staff! Robert and Gerry were very friendly, professional and helpful!

  We had a great 3 day stay! The property was very well maintained and extremely Covid19 compliant. Between 5-7 or 8 there was food service. Pretty reasonably priced for hotel food! We paid roughly $35 for 2 orders of wing dings and 1 order of fries. The rest of the menu prices were reasonable. And the food was good. You can even get it delivered to your room! The waitress was friendly and got everybodys food to them hot and as soon as it was ready! I would stay there again.

  I've been a diamond member for some time now and I come to this hotel pretty often. Everytime I come in, Mickayla checks me in and has two water bottles waiting for me. This is what hospitality looks like. I am a diamond member and I come to this hotel specifically for the hospitality. I can see why she has so many good reviews on here.

  Moved to the area

  We stayed a for a week. The room was never cleaned. I dont have to have the room cleaned everyday, but after the second day I called and requested the room cleaned. After being gone all day, we returned to the room not being cleaned. Again the next day before leaving I stopped by the front desk and explained that I had requested the room be cleaned yesterday but it wasnt, so could they cleaned today. I was told they only clean the rooms every 5 days because of Covid unless requested. Ok maybe short staffed, ok. Regarded again after being gone all day and the room was still not cleaned. We again called the front desk to complain and ask for fresh towels and to have the trash emptied. Then we started noticing how dirty the rest of the hotel was. This place is going downhill fast. And I dont know if Covid is a legitimate excuse or just due to poor management. They dont serve breakfast and their hot order menu is ridiculously expensive. $16 for a burger. If you have the unfortunate experience to stay here, walk across the street to Culvers for a burger. You will save money and it tastes better. I would not recommend staying here.
