Gran Hoteleste hotel esta excelente en cuanto a los servicios, internet, alberca, gimnasio, ubicacion muy cercana al completo del Indian Wells Open para este gran evento deportivo de nivel mundial, atractivos tour muy cercanos y servicios de shuttle a diversos lugares desde este hotel.

Standard (high) HGI quality.....Longtime Diamond member here. Took a two day getaway from LA. Hotel is a little dated, but it's not worn down. Staff is typical high Hilton quality. Pool is accessible during COVID, but the jacuzzi is closed. Alas, no HGI hot breakfast either during COVID. Hotel provided me solitude that I wanted.

Best place to stayGreat location. Wonderful staff who have the guest's interest at heart and are quite sensitive to needs. Very accommodating! Rooms are clean, large and quiet. Free parking and very safe and fast Wifi. Do not hesitate to stay here. Pool is fabulous.

, .I have been a Hilton customer for twenty years. Needless to say, due to the bumbling inept incapable staff ( Front desk: Mary Chris) at the Rancho Mirage location - I am now severing ties with this chain. I can only imagine the human resources process in which it takes to hire a millennial offended at a cool breeze blowin' by staff in which they claim you are "Raising your voice at them" and they will consistently hang up the phone on your face. The new era of woke "Don't put up with a frustrated customer" action of response? Upper management is obviously not paying attention or just flat out doesn't care. Problem # 1 - Air conditioner leaked and our stay was riddled with a large wet rug area in front of the unit that smelled like mold. Never fixed. Problem # 2 - The refrigerator froze tens of dollars of drinks, milk and our service animals uber expensive pre-prepared food to an icy eskimo induced delight. Problem was never rectified. Problem #3 - My wife left her jacket in the rooms closet. OUR FAULT, no one else's. The amount of energy sustained from having to get a yes or no "Was it found?" could have lit the Vegas strip for a week. Promised call backs time and time and time again to no avail. Upon every one of these issues, I was promised a call back both on site and after I reached home. I counted. 7 promises, not one call left for me back. If management is so tenacious enough to read these comments, you are sure to get contradictions from the front desk. That is fine. They will lie and excuse their poor performance and ridiculous customer service. There are FAR too many hotel chains to choose from to put up with this nonsense. Out of kleenex? Had to ask three times. They promised a new fridge three MORE times and never followed through on that as well. Blamed it on the staff as the next shift will take care of it . Then, when I requested a discount, they turned it around like they were doing ME a favor. A refrigerator in the hot dessert is probably my number one priority. A working one even more so. Wrapping this up, I can only say that your training methods regarding front desk personnel - teaching them to be the spineless jellyfish that they are in confronting a "Frustrated" customer and allowing them to hang up in their faces multiple times in claims they are "Raising their voice" is deplorable. In principle alone I will never be staying with Hilton again. I am disgusted at the lack of courtesy, attention to room detail and how they have mishandled all of these simple obstacles that could have been met with ease. Most hilarious out of this entire debacle is that my wife is actually kinda friends with Paris 'Hilton' herself. Boy, if she can pull a string or two - guess where attention will be directed via Rancho Mirage? This review will be posted in numerous areas of the internet just for safe keeping.
