Good. Gym was in disrepair though.Rooms and staff were great. Rooms and bathrooms are reasonably up to date and modern. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly and helpful. However, if you're looking for a workout, the gym isn't a great place to do it. The AC was broken and this is problem because the gym shares a wall and door with the pool area which is hot an humid. Also the cardio equipment was almost completely broken. Managed to get one treadmill belt to move, but the display wouldn't power up so I have no idea which workout I picked or what speed the belt was going at for how long. The other machines wouldn't even turn on. It's too bad because it's not like there is a gym down the road to go to otherwise. It's either hotel gym or nothing. Pool area is small but adequate and clean. Lobby and dining area was small but bright and clean.

Not worth the rateBooked 2 months prior to trip . When I arrived was told they had just opened back up 3 weeks prior & I never received any email regarding the closure. Was then told no restaurant would be available or bar service plus pool & fitness also closed but still charged $125 for the single night. The only thing offered was to cancel my reservation & book at another location without paying a charge. Had been traveling for 11 hours & took the room . Was informed of restaurants near by, so after an 11 hour drive , had to leave property to locate any food! Wish they had informed prior reservations of the inconvenience & I would have booked with the Marriott that was near but was to exhausted to go on a hotel pilgrimage!

They do not clean throughlyArrived at the hotel August 15th and the front desk persn was more than helpful he stated he has a few of my rooms ready but they were still cleaning some, that ws fine. We were intown for my daughter's graduation and cut our stay to one day due to the pandemic and traveling with my 82 year old mother. We decided on Hilton because they usually are really good about customer care. However once we got checked into our rooms we noticed there was food let in the refrigerator and the sheets smelled like someone had just gotten out of the bed as well as stains on the pillow cases. We called down to the desk and the next shift person Jessica was very apologetic and stated they have been really trying to keep up but the cleaning is one thing that gets cut sometimes. She attempted to contact the manager who replied they were on vacation. That's nice to leave a front desk person to deal with a situation as sensative as this during a pandemic. My concern is this is not the standard I would have expected from a Hilton. I called Hilton coporate and was told the reginale manager would get back to me "Luba". I have heard nothing and it has been 2 full weeks. Please be aware they do not clean as they need to during this very critical time. Luckily I travel with wipes and spray but didn't think I needed to travel with sheets. Also I am guessing because of the pandemic they weren't offering food for breakfast unless you were with the NAtional guard who was also there. I am not disappointed in the staff it is management who should be ashamed. This is NOT the time to cut down on CLEANING!! One of the questions below was "do oyu know if the room is left unoccupied for 24hrs.?" Absolutely NOT.

Easy Check-InSuch an easy hassle free check in. Our room was on the first floor near the lobby and clean. Parking was easy especially for our party who had a U-Haul trailer behind our Jeep. The hotel is close to a large mall and a variety of restaurants. Perfect.
