  Disappointed

  The main reason I am giving a 3 is because the front desk people were not wearing face coverings. When we checked in, the man at the desk was wearing a gator around his neck, not his face. In the morning, the woman at the desk had a face mask but was wearing it around her chin, neither did any good. It was interesting that their signs on all the doors said face masks required, but the only people appropriately wearing and following the hotels own requirement were the guests. It was very disappointing and I will likely not return, even though I am in Oshkosh frequently to visit my elderly mother.

  Low standards

  At checkin, staff were not wearing face coverings. Virus activity in the local area is among the highest in the nation right now. The hallway to our room on the second floor was as cold as it was outside, leaving the hard floor in the bathroom freezing. No newspapers, spotty internet, and staff only vaguely cared. Will not return.

  Great overnight stay while in town

  My wife and I were in town last weekend for a special occasion and stayed one night at this property. We were promptly greeted by a very friendly, very efficient employee, but did t catch her name. She checked us in around 9:30pm on Fri 11/6. Nice, clean, modern, tastefully decorated properly. It looked new or very recently renovated. We had a nice, clean, spacious room on the third floor. Immaculate, bright bathroom with Neutrogena products and awesome water pressure in shower. Comfortable king bed and pillows. Huge countertop great for surface storage. Much appreciated room-darkening drapes. Nice to have microwave and mini fridge. My only non-glowing remark is that I could hear one set of neighbors, but Im convinced because they were especially loud. A great stay. I would return and highly recommend this property. Also great to earn Hilton HHonors points with each stay.

  BEST BRKFST EVER!

  I paid like $13 x-tra on the reserve price for free brkfst. It was a order brfst that was so yummy and worth $40. The room was clean and nice. But...the bed was too hard and the bthrm so needs a fan. The pool and jacuzzi were fine. Overall nice stay for the price.

  Clean accommodations and friendly staff

  My son and I stayed three nights here while in town for a fishing tournament. There was plenty of parking, our room was exceptionally clean, and all the staff we encountered were very friendly. There's a lounge/restaurant inside; we had a late dinner one night and it was tasty. Not fine dining, just pub-type stuff was ordered (patty melts, cheese curds, steak fries, etc).
