  Convenient Location and Excellent Service

  This was my first time to stay at the HGI NLR but will definitely not be my last if I have a need to stay in the NLR area. Dyranny handled my check-in recognizing my Diamond status. Pamela handled my check-out and also recognized my Diamond status and thanked me for my service. One of the reasons I like to stay at HGIs is the choice of 750 points or cooked-to-order breakfasts for Diamond and Go,d HHonors members. I chose the breakfast and was delighted with the selections and the service provided by Danielle. She was providing excellent service for all the guests in the restaurant for breakfast. Noteworthy, to me anyway, was they had bananas, which are not always available at a lot of locations. They had fresh strawberries in addition to other fruits and the normal choices of juices, breads, pastries, waffles, etc. The property is relatively new so well maintained with a friendly staff. The hotel has the standard business center and fitness center. While I just had a one night stay, I would recommend the HGI NLR particularly if you need easy access to I-40, I-30, Hwy 67/167, or any of the attractions of Little Rock or Burns Park in North Little Rock.

  Didnt meet expectations

  Room was ok. Bedding was poor. Felt dated and TV was incredibly small. No breakfast of any kind. Check in was slow and no one around for checkout. Left key in a bucket. Wont stay here again. Very disappointed

  NOT WORTH THE PRICE HORRIBLE SERVICE.

  Check-in was beyond horrible I reserved a room and it took hours for them to find my reservation after telling me i may not ve able to get my money back since i booked with a 3 party site. When i finally got to my room the air conditioner did not work so they had to move us rooms out of all three rooms that I purchased none of the televisions work properly the pool was open but was so overly chlorinated that it gave my children chemical burn after getting out the hotel sales person who doubles as the maid I'm guessing was very unhappy and disgruntled and walk through the Halls cursing and complaining about her job she actually complained that items were thrown in the trash she lied and told us that room service was not a part of our package only to go to the front desk and find out that there is no package plan the room service is always included the internet access is not free I was charged 695 breakfast is not included all you get is a decent bed to sleep and I have work in television you clean your room yourself in a overly bleached pool I will never in my life pay $100 to stay here I might as well go to the Motel 6. Im checking my stament bow to make sure i wasnt overcharged this place is pathetic and run down but advertised as a jewel a place we should be happy to stay at "no we're In the Ghetto with unprofessional ghetto questionable looking staff members with horrible accommodations paying top dollar price."

  Nice Stay

  Checked in Friday evening ... only issue was there was only one clerk but she was on the ball, just overworked. Room 326, very clean. We couldn't get ac to work but it was fine. They were enforcing covid guidelines.

  Dirty room

  Checked in on Friday 10/09/2020. Was given a room that hadn't been cleaned and didn't have any bath towels. When I went to the front desk I was told they were out of bath towels but I could have a small pool towel. I returned to the room and when I got ready to go to sleep I noticed the bed smelled like body odor. I went back down to the front desk to see if I could get a clean room. This was after midnight!! I was told they were totally booked and no rooms were available. The night clerk asked me if the room was sealed prior to me entering it. I told her there wasn't a seal on the door and had I known that rooms are supposed to be sealed after cleaning I wouldn't have accepted the room!! So I slept in the chair until morning. I WILL NOT STAY AT THIS HILTON EVER AGAIN.
