  It is always a pleasure staying here I call it my home away from home Natanyi Cabrera is so wonderful she has a great team working with to make sure your stay with them make you want to come back If I had a choice I would take this hotel & staff on vacation love it here everything compliments

  Nicest staff around

  I am someone who lost power due to Tropical Storm Isaias. Because of having well no water either. Called hotel at 5 am because of no sleep to see if they had a room for the night. Anthony was amazing. Told me how he just put rooms up on hotel tonight and to go book it. Got it. Then getting there the front staff were amazing. I am so sorry I forgot their names but they were so kind. People were upset because of not having power at home and the staff went out of their way!! Just kept joking with us and making it pleasant. Thank you for a wonderful night sleep and I will recommend hotel to everyone.

  Disgusting

  This hotel is so disgusting. Dirty from the minute you walk in. The floors, the pool, everything was filthy. One single towel in our room,no cups. No towels in pool area and the hot tub was closed with no notice. Wifi would not work and I waited 20 min at front desk just to get a coupon code to get on the wifi. Garbage was overflowing literally, in the vending room and the floor was black. There were no vending machines and the suite shop shelves were almost empty. This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in by far. Worse even then cheap motels. This is not anywhere near being up to Hilton standards or reputation.

  Should not be in the Hilton family of properties

  I stay almost exclusively with Hilton and cant believe that this property has not been flagged. I dont write negative reviews because its very rare to stay at a Hilton property this bad. The couch and love seat sink so low you cant get out of them. The desk sways. The bathroom smells like a pool. I stayed here when it first opened. It was immaculate. I wont stay here again.

  Wonderful and kind staff! Felt like home away from home.

  Erica (Rooms Manager) and the staff were extremely kind and accommodating and instantly made us all feel like this was our home away from home. They allowed us to check out late (12noon) since we arrived pretty late (10pm) so this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. The rooms were very clean, quiet with the typical very comfy Hilton beds. Not many cons here. We did go swimming as a family. The pool facilities were clean, but the pool was a bit cold. The computers business center are fairly dated but its enclosed and quiet allowing me for a productive morning while the family slept in. Unfortunately the breakfast was shut down (due to COVID19) but Erica recommended the Nanuet diner just down the street, which was excellent with great, friendly service. It was better than many of the restaurants we went to in Manhattan the following days of our trip. I have not recommended a Hilton in a long time but I make an exception for the staff going the extra mile here.
