  Sorprende

  En efecto,sorprendido. No esperaba mucho y sencillamente cumple con todos los puntos. Bien ubicado,excelente y amplia habitación.Duchero recomendado. Tranquilidad para descansar,sala de aparatos impecable,mucho verde afuera. Amplios pasillos,bien cuidado. Gratamente sorprendido.

  Hurricane damage ....

  Drying equipment in rooms, lobby, meeting rooms, etc. I wouldnt recommend staying at this hotel until they get all of the water issues resolved. I had serv pro and then a company called blue restoration in my room rotating drying equipment almost daily. I dont think having employees of these 2 companies in customers rooms is a good idea. Signs are posted about the drying equipment in rooms. The drying equipment is so loud that you have to turn it off at night. I dont think rooms should be available with drying equipment in them. There was mold growing in the windows of the room I was in. The room has a musty smell. I would call this hotel before booking a room.

  Not what i expected.

  I have stayed here many times and have always been very happy. Hotel needs a great deal of TLC. 1. The paint on door to my room was peeling away in large pieces. 2. The facet in the bathroom could be tuned by hand. Not the handle the entire facet. 3. At 7:45AM there was no hot water. There was enough almost hot water to take a shower.

  December 2020 Wedding

  We booked a large block of rooms in December of 2020 for my daughter's wedding in Daphne. Every guest had a wonderful experience at Hilton Garden Inn East Bay. Everyone said they loved their rooms, the amenities and the staff were so gracious and professional. We also had a bridesmaids luncheon in one of the conference rooms the day of the wedding. It was the perfect spot for a quick meal while the wedding party was getting ready. Additionally we booked the Whirlpool Suite for my daughter and her bridesmaids so that they could all get ready together. There was plenty of room and yet the perfect intimate setting for them to spend the morning together. And lastly, the Covid restrictions they have in place were especially comforting to all. You won't go wrong if you decide to stay at Hilton Garden Inn East Bay in Daphne. I highly recommend it.

  Rewards members steer clear

  I'm a diamond member of Hilton that travels quite a bit. I really like the brand and typically like the Garden Inn's. I cannot say that about this particular location though. The hotel was booked up the night I stayed and I understand that. No upgrades available, no big deal. It happens. But there was also no acknowledgement, no offer of a welcome package ( I had to ask and got a hand wave toward some things on the side. Was she indicating that I grab a water or were the sodas and snacks available as they are elsewhere? Who knows. I grabbed a water.), no explanation of the hotel benefits (Does it offer breakfast on Sunday morning? I still don't know.) Nothing said about the internet. Is it auto-connect? Does the hotel offer premium internet as other locations do? I don't have full answers for these questions either. The T.V. in our room did not work when we got there. I called the front desk and, to her credit, the clerk responded quickly, did a few things to the back of it and it was working by the time we got back to the room after grabbing some take-out. It was out again in the morning. I had to leave early to travel again so my wife checked us out when she was ready. She told me that she explained to the morning clerk that this was not the best experience and fully explained why. The clerk said "I'm sorry. Hope you have a good day!" If I was not familiar with how Garden Inn's usually operate, I would write them off completely. But I am, and I know that most of them deal with things in a much better way. This was not the "diamond" experience I have had elsewhere. I will not stay at this location again, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and further, if someone asks (and they do knowing how much I travel) I will recommend that they Not stay here.
