  Excellent service at this hotel. The staff and hospitality are second to none. The rooms are fairly large and accommodating and the restaurant is very good. The staff at the restaurant is very attentive especially during breakfast.

  Very clean, nice room!!

  My husband and I got a room here for the weekend to celebrate 10 years together. There were many amenities closed due to Covid-19, but the staff was very friendly about everything. The room was super clean. We will definitely stay here again!!

  Stay again, and again

  We stay here the same night, year after year on our way up to Northern Minnesota. This Establishment is always consistent. Friendly employees, great access to the interstate, quite, reasonable, and most importantly CLEAN!!! All of the associates are cheerful, helpful, courteous, and kind. Whoever does the training, does it right. Thanks for another great stay! Plus, this fine place is ready to take care of all of your Covid concerns. Thanks

  Worst Hotel to accommodate sports teams

  The hotel was clean and zero concerns about COVID. The manager (Justin) was not hospitable and talked down to the adolescences in our group. Justin also felt the need to walk into hotel guest rooms, unannounced, using his own door keys, to handle noise complaints during the daytime. Frankly, if the manager had concerns, he should have contacted the adult of the room, not walked in twice on his own. We have stayed at many Hilton hotels for sports teams and this was the worst hotel. Next time we visit, our team will not chose this location again. I would recommend no teams stay here.

  Clean and Quiet

  I stayed here for an overnight twice this summer. Both times the hotel was clean and quiet. Check in here is a breeze and the staff is professional. The beds are so comfortable! Plenty of pillows, too. The location is great, right off of 494. The Maple Grove shopping area can be easily accessed without getting onto the interstate, which I view as a bonus. There is a variety of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, and a Holiday gas station so you can get a good cup of coffee. This will be my go-to hotel when I'm in that area.
