  Great experience

  My husband is currently on a business trip and we decided on this hotel because location its closed by few malls, Whole Foods and the property is fairly new. Upon arrival we were welcomed by Fiona. Shes very nice and friendly and made us feel at ease during the pandemic and rest of the stay. Recommend!

  Covid risk

  This was our second time staying at this hotel. It will also be our last. The website is filled with promises of actions to help prevent the spread of Covid 19. However, the hotel does not live up to its promises. In December, while at the hotel, we observed individuals sitting in the lobby, directly across from the front desk. These people were not wearing masks. We went out to run a few errands. When we came back, the same people were still there - chatting without masks on. No one was at the front desk upon our return, but obviously there would have been coverage in the hour or more we were gone. We were very disappointed in the HIlton chain, and we will reconsider future travel plans with this hotel line.

  Great stay

  Why downtown and pay $20 a day for parking? Nothing is open down there. Free parking here in a great area of shops and restaurants. Work out at the LA Fitness next door. Dont miss the Pho and Greek restaurants. Shop at Nordstrom Rack and many other stores. All steps from your room. Great tasty breakfast-free for Gold and above. Snack bar has local chips. Catch up in self serve laundry. 25 cents dryer. Quiet rooms. Only negative was the Amana heating and cooling which was difficult to use to keep the room consistently warm. Highly recommended, PS Cherokee Park and trendy Bardstown Road not that far.

  My new favorite!

  This was for business, but I would come back to this property whenever I was in town. The staff is awesome across the board!! Front desk is helpful for any needs and Millie and Nora do an amazing job with the Covid-friendly breakfast service. The rooms are spacious, clean and well designed.

  Good location to the Mall of St. Matthews

  Overall I was pleased with my stay. My room was clean. The restuarant in the lobby was convient but the menu was limited and it was over priced. I was disappointed when I called the front desk and spoke to Russell? and needed more towels. He assured me he would have them brought right up but they never came. I was able to get them from the cleaning woman on the floor.
