  BEWARE of Reservation System Errors

  When I tried to a book a reservation for this hotel using the "View Deal" link beside Hilton Garden Inn, it opened up the Hilton page with the correct dates of the reservation as entered on TripAdvisor BUT then suddenly refreshed and inserted the CURRENT date as the date of arrival. I did not notice this because the refresh kept the screen at the room choice menu down the screen where the date was not visible, and I proceeded with the reservation. When I saw a charge from Hilton a few days later on my credit card, I called to find out why. It was a no show fee. I then opened the reservation confirmation and saw the date was not for the date I needed but for the date I had made the reservation. I went back through the exact process on TripAdvisor to link to Hilton and saw how the refresh occurred very quickly. This website situation is not the fault of this particular hotel but something that Hilton reservations system should correct. Hilton's central customer service told me there was nothing they could do about the error but that they had placed a call to the hotel directly and that the hotel manager would get in touch with me about the situation. I never heard from a manager so I called the hotel directly, and the front desk staff told me to leave a message with the hotel manager, which I did. I never received a call back. I have stayed at other Hilton Garden Inns many, many times as a Hilton Honors member, and that experience was mostly good. However, I would say that there are so many hotel choices out there of similar quality and value as Hilton and that I know others will address my concerns and work through errors. I do not plan on patronizing Hilton again.

  Very nice hotel located near strip (although walking to strip is a little difficult)

  Free hotel parking was in parking gated parking garage. Check in was easy and staff were following mandatory mask protocol. Room was very nice--spacious and clean. Nice bathroom and shower. Wifi worked very well. Hotel is located near strip but you need to walk around the corner, across a bridge, and wind your way through a resort to actually reach the strip on foot. While staff were wearing masks, this was not enforced among other guests.

  Awesome stay

  The party that I had a timeshare type tour put me up here for the week. I was very pleased with this place. Very clean and and looked fairly new or very well upkeep. Very modern. I felt very safe her and staff was very nice. Didnt clean the room but once in the 4-5 days I was there was about the only thing I frowned on. Not very far from the strip. Highly recommend.

  Out of Cali

  Took a weekend trip out of Cali to visit Las Vegas and see the Raiders new stadium. Booked a stay at the Hilton Garden Inn on Dean Martin Drive. We are Hilton Honors members and find them to be quite good. We found the staff to be excellent and warm but didnt expect the food to be that good. My wife had the Salmon and I had thePesto Linguini with shrimp. They were excellent and the bartenders were first rate and had a Happy Hour. We didnt expect this level of service and food from a hotel. We highly recommend this hotel.
