  Excelente servicio y calidad en el servicion atencion al cliente. Para viaje de negocio es bueno, solo que si fuera el servicio de internet gratuito en mejor velocidad fuera grandioso. Bueno gracias por su buen servicio.

  Two different stays in one week...

  Overall we had a good stay. We were traveling through Laramie, so stayed here as we drove through each direction. We chose this location as it was smoke free and also doesn't allow pets unless they are a service pet. The first check-in was prompt and we felt the room was clean and comfortable. We reserved a time at the pool, which we thought would mean we could more safely enjoy some time there. Unfortunately, reservations didn't seem to amount to much as the pool area was crowded, and there were some overly friendly folks in the hot tub who didn't seem to understand keeping a distance very well. It was New Year's Eve, so it seemed these folks were a little spirited, shall we say - so we just left the pool area and went back to our room. On our second check-in a few days later, we were able to get into the room promptly. However, there were several areas in the room that had us concerned it had not even really been cleaned. There was a big glob of something around the base of the television. The microwave had grime left on it that wasn't visible at first, but touching the buttons you felt it immediately, and closer inspection you could see it was dirty over the entire panel. There were crumbs all around the room, also. If it hadn't been for a really stressful drive through road closures and getting in very late, we would have asked to change rooms or have them clean it. But we had already been exposed to whatever was left behind at that point, and we just were exhausted so we did let them know when we checked out the next morning. It is strange that they put stickers on the door frame to make you feel like your room is clean, but then the reality of the room didn't match that. Also, the stickers made you feel even less safe as you could see that all the rooms around you were occupied, so with the concern for COVID there was no spacing between rooms. I'd just have preferred they focus on spending time and money the stickers add on actually ensuring the room is clean rather than using some visible token to make you think it is. The staff there seemed very friendly, and did apologize for the room not being clean. We liked the location, and the little deli that is on the border of this property was very convenient for getting meals (the Garden Inn did offer meals for purchase, also, but we enjoyed going over to the deli so didn't try the food there). You could walk into University of Wyoming campus (this location seems situated *on* campus), and the stadium was just out the window. We felt like it was close enough to several eating options we could walk to, and it was close to a big discount store if you needed to get something you forgot or ran out of. Overall, we were happy enough that we would consider booking here again if we are going to be traveling through Laramie again.

  Close to college, healthcare and food selection.

  Found the facility to be very welcoming, breakfast is made to order and they have ample room for social distancing. Very close to several restaurants, walking distance, no need to drive. The room was clean with some wear in the bathroom, but being so close to the college, this room probably sees many families. Highly recommend!

  Great weekend stay

  Spent the weekend visiting a granddaughter attending UW. Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn. The check-in was easy. The room was extra clean. The hot tub was perfect and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

  Done stay on 2nd floor elevator side

  Love staying here as it's closer to my sins apartment and other activities. First time I really could not sleep. I was right by the elevator and ask sorts of fans were outside my window. Weird humming that changed pitch all night long. Staff was friendly, as always, gym and pool great, except you still have to get a reservation because of COVID, breakfast really good. Just request a different room of they give you that side.
