  A little dissatisfied

  The room was decorated nicely and it was definitely quiet that is the extent of what I thought this boutique hotel would offer. Had I known the lack of offered amenities and the additional charges for what was offered I would have chose another hotel. No coffee pot in room and one complimentary cup in lobby per day after that $2.75 a cup after that. $25.00 Per day for valet parking. $5.00 for a bottled water. Very small room and a good hike to downtown. After tips parking and coffee our $110 a night room became $150+ a night. Given all of this I would choose to stay at the Hilton and receive all the ammentities offered at a luxury hotel located downtown. I will say all of the staff was very accommodating all deserve kudos on their service. Just be aware of all of the additional costs involved before booking as the website does not make that clear.

  Fun and Quirky University Hotel

  We stayed there for a UT visit and it was perfectly located (minutes walk to student union) and had great amenities. The decor was fun and UT focused and gave our prospective student a taste of campus life as it was in the heart of the activity. It's a little loud on Friday and Saturday nights as its close to the nightlife, but we just turned on the furnace fan and it drowned it out. Would stay there again!

  Charming and homey

  The hotel had as much school spirit as the University. The rooms were comfortable and had a homey feel. The beds were extremely comfortable and the cleanliness of the room was highly rated. Staff is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Did not know your only choice for parking a car is valet at 25.00 a day. Nothing was ever mentioned to me so I thought I would throw that out there. Overall great hotel

  Clean and comfortable

  There was nothing to dislike about staying at the graduate other than the orange everywhere because I am a Bama fan. The decorations are unusual for a hotel but that was my favorite part. It felt like staying at home or a family members guest bedroom rather than a hotel. The room was clean and smelled really good. The bed was comfortable. The whole hotel was pretty quiet. The coffee shop was extremely convenient and you get a complimentary cup for staying in the hotel every day. The bar was also very nice and convenient.

  Fun place to stay and very inclusive

  Great place to stay, Decor was fun and the room was quiet. Everyone was very friendly and we felt safe. Saloon 16 drinks were yum and the food was good too. Like the concept behind the company. Def suggest you try it out.
