  Great hotel in Kaluga

  This place offers the service standard of Hilton elsewhere. Nice modern building, rooms are what you expect from Hampton or other budget Hilton chain hotels, clean, small, well equipped. The Continental breakfast was very good. Good selection, perfect service. Try pancakes here.. There's secure parking on the premises. Location is great if drive by car. Otherwise long walk to downtown uphill.

  Excellent hotel... very good quality, everything is amazing. Not the best area, but it you can reach everything on foot. Room services is also very good. I have been in lot of Hilton hotels around the world, and that one is really good

  Literally best hotel in Kaluga for the moment

  We stayed in hotel with family in a double room. The hotel is really above any expectations not only for Kaluga, but also for major cities in the world. Extremely polite and helpful staff. Rooms are equipped with all necessities, including nice cosmetics in bathroom, shaving and dental kits, bathrobes, safe in the room, satellite tv, tea/coffee station, slippers, safe, etc. Bottled water welcomes you when you enter the room. Nice territory, free parking inside the territory and outside in the street. Very clean, cosy and SILENT rooms, Central air conditioning/heating. Nice breakfast with few russian specialties. One person per room is provided a free admittance to nearest swimming pool in fitness centre, others should pay, WiFi in the rooms is good. All in all, the hotel is highly recommended for staying both for business and holidays. Although it's located not in the center, it is 5 minute drive to there as all distances in Kaluga are pretty short. Even if you are not with your own car, local taxi are cheap enough and it won't bankrupt you.

  Be aware if you are a foreign visitor! You are not welcomed!

  So far, this is my most miserable and disgusting experience with Hilton portfolio hotels: On September 1st, I stayed there but until now I don't get stay and point in my Hilton Honor loyalty account, and this stay shown as :" cancelled"!! WTH! On September 15st, front desk workers refused to check me, said that my russian registration is out of validity. After wasting time of 2 hours calling Hilton Honor guest service in RU and UK, I gave up and succeed check in with another hotel--Four Point Kaluga. Until now I don't receive any proper explanation and compensation of my financial lost neither GI Kaluga nor HHonor guest service. So as a foreign guest you must be double check your registration card and cancel your reservation in time. They are ready to kick you out of their hotel without mercy.. :/

  Very good breakfast, clean room, friendly staff. Very fast check in and check out. Not far from the airport. It took me not more than 15 minutes by taxi, which is critical for me, as Im always quite limited in time
