  Enjoyed our stay

  I have been staying at various Hilton brand properties during Covid and so Im familiar with Hilton policy and guidelines that each property has to adhere to, including limitations on services and amenities. We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Jacksonville North Carolina for four days on a personal trip. I was impressed with the colorful and attractive public spaces and furnishings. There are two outdoor seating areas with fire pits. We used the gym and the indoor pool that were open during Covid but limited to capacity. The bar was open each night as well and they offered specials for food and drink. The continental breakfast was better than expected With a selection of items to choose from versus a grab and go pre-packed paper bag. There was even a homemade turnover desert made by one of the staff when available. The rooms were spacious and fit three adults in my party very comfortably. Every hotel staff member we encountered was friendly, hospitable and helpful. One in particular, Kawika, went over and above to assist us and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. I definitely recommend the property for your next day if you were are in Jacksonville, NC.

  Extremely clean hotel with great staff!

  The whole property including the rooms was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was super helpful and friendly and the breakfast was by far the best food Ive ever had at a hotel ! We had a small problem with the in room mini fridge, they sent maintenance right away and after a quick check to see if it was an easy fix issue, they replaced it with a new one that worked flawlessly the rest of the stay. Weve stayed here twice in the last couple months and both stays were great with the same type of experience.

  Great Experience

  We booked here for a 3 night stay. The inside and outside of the hotel is beautiful. It was very clean and well maintained. Booking, check-in, and checkout all were super simple. Five star customer service the entire time. You should book here,you won't regret it.

  Mostly good

  Overall, a decent stay. The room was good size, a bit modern for me, but nice. Take your slippers for the hardwood floors. Was a little disappointed in the cleanliness, especially since it was posted everywhere about all the extra precautions. Areas were clearly never touched, luckily I had wipes of my own, and the bathroom floor was dirty. It was somewhat inconvenient not having housekeeping services, but the desk was ready to supply towels, blankets and whatever else you might need. Housekeeping could be arranged upon request. The pool area was very well kept, but the water temp was freezing. The grown ups didn't stay in longer than a couple minutes. We enjoyed the firepits. We also took advantage of the bar & grill, it was more of a convenience than anything else. Most of what we ordered was just ok, for the price. My $15 salad was pretty underwhelming. The bartender was very friendly. Everyone who worked at the front desk was excellent. The location of this property is ideal, close to everything, but not too noisy.

  Very pleasant hotel

  Staff is way beyond, the service is excellent,the room is clean smells good, staff like I said very polite and professional is special the breakfast girl name Paige she walked an extra mile helping us.
