not goodnot good experencia la restaurant una sola persona para toda y ella llevava la comida para los cuartos ella es la persona que tomaba las ordenes buena intención pero una sola persona en el hotel los cuartos muy hechos a la rápida la cama muy dura no libros el el cuarto donde ir o que hacer

BUEN HOTELBuenas instalaciones, buen servicio, habitación buena. Un poco de ruido en el momento del paso del tren. Falta un dispensador de bebidas. Minibar completamente vacío. Buena privacidad, buen parqueadero.

Will definitely returnThe staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and well furnished. The hot-tub was well maintained and at a comfortable temperature. This was a perfect location for us. Although there was a charge for parking, it was covered and just a few steps away.

Hotel stayThis hotel location was great. All the staff had an amazing and welcoming attitude. I had just one issue with my bathroom. The manager was quick to help out & even gave me a credit back on my card. He was extremely helpful.I would definitely stay here again.:)

Unfortunately just not a clean hotel - disappointing.The hotel was extremely busy during our arrival as it seemed like a very large family reunion was going on at the time (probably not the best idea during a pandemic but what do I know?) - these guests did not seem to be observing any sort of covid safety protocols, that was clear. The staff was professional and check-in was quick, with a room on the fourth floor assigned. After receipt of breakfast vouchers, it was off to the room. Upon arrival, was greeted by a door seal advertising "Hilton CleanStay with Lysol". Being an HHonors Gold (and former HHonors Diamond) with excellent Hilton stays all over the world, I was expecting a fresh smelling, spotlessly clean room thanks to the strong covid cleaning protocols advertised by the chain. The door was opened and quite the opposite was revealed in the form of a stale, musty smelling room. Determined to make the best of it, not wanting housekeeping in the room again, and not wanting to deal with the shuffle down at the front desk in the middle of the family reunion, clorox wipes were applied to all high touch surfaces (nightstands, light switches, desk, remote, lamps, bathroom fixtures, etc). Attached to this review is a photo of one of the clorox wipes which ended up completely brown after the wipe down, definitely nowhere near clean enough for the "CleanStay" promise - completely unacceptable as a matter of fact. The carpet was also stained and dirty, with food crumbs and other refuse noted, like it had not been vacuumed at all. After the wipe-down, all soft surfaces were treated with my own Lysol. Later, it was discovered that the thermostat was locked to go no lower than 69 degrees F, but the room AC unit could not cool the room any lower than 71 degrees F during the entire stay - meaning a sweaty night's sleep. The breakfast bar was one of the bright spots. Both attendants were pleasant to interact with, followed appropriate safety protocols, and the breakfast (a cooked to order omelette) was delicious. Very nice. Other items of note: -Parking is $9.99 a day and is at the adjacent garage. -The pool area is cramped and small, and was completely overwhelmed with families who were not observing any social distancing measures at all. -The hotel is co-located with a Homewood Suites under the same roof. -The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance to several restaurants on Hendricks Avenue. Easy driving distance to Downtown, San Marco, and Riverside/Avondale. Overall, I will not stay here again due to the lack of strong safety protocols surrounding covid, including lax cleanliness. In this day and age, a dirty room is simply unacceptable and I plan to complain to Hilton directly for a partial credit back to my account over this.
