  Cold AC and Convenient

  This was a stop over on a cross country trip. Aside from the COVID nonsense, the staff was courteous. The hotel was clean and the AC cold in the room. Nice! Also very abundant choices of restaurants near the hotel with delivery available. Easy access to I 20 but minimal road noise. No free breakfast however but that is the nature of this Hilton brand.

  Softball tournament

  This was our first time in a Hilton Garden Inn and the accommodations were nice. However housekeeping was another story. We stayed in a two queen room for two nights. We were gone all day after spending our first night here. When we came back in the evening the only thing done in our room was clean towels. The trash cans were not emptied and a coffee cup next to the coffee pot (which normally I would have thrown away I just forgot )had not even been thrown in the trash. And also the bed that was slept in was not made. I was quite surprised because we keep our rooms straight and picked up when we travel so to come in and see this was a surprise. I looked to see if there was something in the room saying we had to request the room to be made and there was no such thing. When you pay for nice accommodations you expect better.

  Nice Hotel

  Stayed here one night on the way to Texas. Had a 1BR Accessible Suite for a great price. Pros: Room was large, separate living room w/tv and bedroom area w/2nd tv. Lobby area has a large pantry area. We didnt need to utilize it but thought it was a nice thing to have for those late night cravings! Living room had a couch that seemed new, cushions were very firm. Bed was comfortable and nice selection of pillows depending on your preference. Cons: Bedroom area did not have a door which made watching both TVs difficult, hard to hear one tv over the other. Built in desk in the living room but no office chair to sit in. Shower was a roll in shower and typical issue with water all over the floor outside the shower after taking a shower. Fold down bench seat was coming apart from the wall, was concerned it might not hold up for my shower but it did. Overall, nice hotel, great value and will consider staying here again.

  Beautiful, clean, and spacious

  We stayed one night here as we were passing through. The hotel is beautifully remodeled and very clean and comfortable. The decor is new and has great style. It is in a convenient location but we felt safe in the neighborhood. I highly recommend this hotel. You cant beat it for the price. I wouldnt definitely stay here again.

  Great hotel with friendly staff

  Hop, skip & jump off I 20. We stayed two nights, The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable A cold breakfast was included with the room and was unexpected. The staff were friendly and helpful.
