BUEN SERVICIO Y EXCELENTES INSTALACIONESEste hotel se presta para mis viajes de negocio, las habitaciones son comodas, tiene un amplio parqueo y el personal ofrece un excelente servicio. Lo unico es que desde la habitacion se escucha el personal de limpieza coordinar sus actividades (al menos en el tercer piso), lo cual no es muy agradable.

Fashion Account ExecutiveA very disappointing stay. On the front door of our room they have seals that state the room is completely sanitized. There was dust on the shelves and dresser. I was coughing all night. The walls are paper thin. You can hear guests in the bathroom. Neighbors were partying all night keeping us awake.The infrastructure is awful.This hotel is supposed to be a 3 star.....no way. We will be taking pictures of the dust and sending it to the manager. During Covid19... not acceptable. We will get a refund.

InconsistentThe plusses-->a responsive morning front desk clerk who responded to the reasonable request for decaffeinated coffee (which, I learned the hard way on my most recent visit, is not part of the standard offering). The room was clean, or seemed to be. The minuses-->an indifferent food service worker in the morning who misunderstood my role at the Inn. She thought that I was oatmeal, as shown by her question, "Are you the oatmeal?" "No," I responded, "I am the guest. This "worker" refused to "make" the oatmeal (i.e., add hot water to it), claiming to be disallowed to do so. However, if I ordered eggs, she would "make" the eggs. Same for bacon. Laziness and sloth are not good, particularly when the employee was off-post, leading me to wait for the employee to come to the work station--an arrival delayed by the employee's cellular phone use. The hotel fails to stock the breakfast area with napkins--the worker could not find on. On the last visit, they had single-use, wrapped cutlery and napkins--a fork, knife, and napkin, but no spoon. Thus, a bunch of plastic spoons, none wrapped, are displayed in a cup at the breakfast bar. That is not the best practice in the pandemic-era. I conclude that the hotels overall service delivery is inconsistent; this is a clear leadership failure. We don't blame the entry-level worker for unawareness or ignorance of basic service delivery and quality propositions--leadership's job is to instill and coach. Here, not so much. Inconsistent.

Dirty Room and Thermostat sensor that will drive you nuts!We stayed in this hotel on two different occasions during the month of December. The first time for 3 nights. We checked into our room and after entering I realized that it did not have a cleaned room sticker like the other rooms. I called down to the front desk and asked if this room was cleaned and was assured that it was and that they have systems in place to make sure that rooms are not available until it had been certified cleaned. It was late, we were tired so I accepted this response. The next morning as I was showering I saw there was PINK MOLD all throughout the corners of the shower. Obviously the shower hadn't seen bleach in some time. Not very comforting. We were here after flying in and I had many presents to wrap for the holiday. At one point I needed to wrap on the floor. Ughhhh what a mistake. Long dark hairs all over the floor appeared on the tape as I was wrapping, none of which came from my head of blonde hair! The worst part of our stay was by far the annoying motion sensor thermostat that is installed in all the rooms. It is set to turn down the heat when there is no motion in the room. I don't know about you, but I don't move when I sleep. My husband and I woke up every night FREEZING and couldn't figure out what was going on! Only upon checking out and telling the front desk of our problem were we told about the motion sensor. This is a new upgrade to this hotel since it's renovation and they obviously haven't realized that during cold months it is set wayyyyy too low. When I asked the front desk upon checking in the second stay about fixing the sensor during our stay, I was told there is nothing they could do. Totally not true as a quick Google search will certainly attest to ; ). The service is totally inconsistent, water offered some check ins, sometimes not. If you ask for extra coffee pods for in your room, because there is no housekeeping during your COVID stay and they are not replenished daily, they may or may not have them available at the front desk. The grille is open but not every night and our one ordered meal was horribly mis-prepared. I would say that it is certainly not a horrible stay, but not up to what you would expect for Hilton standards and prices. As a side note we are frequent travelers and this is by far the most aggressively rigged thermostat we have ever encountered and totally ruined our stay both times.

MarijuanaI stayed here from Thursday-Sunday 7-10 The entire floor smelled from marijuana. The staff at the front desk were very nice but could not do anything about it. I was told they put signs everywhere to tell people they cant smoke marijuana or cigarettes or Vape in the hotel and they have a problem with it. I was also told that if they catch people doing it they get a $300 fine. I understand that they cant do much but the smell was overwhelming. The rooms were not that clean and my room had plumbing issues. The restaurant next-door is actually an excellent place to eat so if you do stay at the hotel they have really good food.
