  Buena ubicación... Hotel Antigüo!!!

  La ubicación es buena, ya que puedes llegar caminando al DownTown y al principal centro comercial de Indianapolis... Sin embargo, el Hotel es un edificio histórico y por lo tal es muy viejo, las habitaciones nada fuera de lo normal y la atención no es la mejor.

  excelente servicio, muy buena opcion

  Excelente hotel' cerca del aeropuerto, servico de transporte gratuito, excelente comida, todo muy bien, las habitaciones son muy amplias, cómodas y muy limpias, casi todo es nuevo, el servicio es magnifico, sus salones de negovios están espaciosos y comodos

  Great Stay In Downtown Indianapolis

  Stayed here for the weekend with my family in a suite on a high floor. The suite was in a good, renovated state, very clean and large for our family. Checkin was fast and professional, I would HIGHLY recommend using valet in this area. For being right downtown there was a fair amount of "sketchy" people around especially in the evenings. Hotel is conveniently located to many shops, restaurants, etc. Breakfast in the morning was cooked to order things like eggs, waffles, omelettes, was very good and fairly priced. I was a bit surprised as it felt like they were intentionally having a nicer breakfast than COVID traditionally allows for most other Hiltons, or at least the "excuse" for why its been pulled back. I had my children with me so we did use the pool twice on this trip which was located in the basement, smaller pool but was indoors and heated to a reasonable temperature so was very usable. No complaints, was a very nice Garden Inn location, especially with the historical nature of the building. Now, the elevators were a challenge as we often had to wait but quite honestly this is fairly normal in most large story, inner-city hotels so I don't think it was unique to this property.

  Convenient Location

  Enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel is conveniently located in downtown. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Tried to order room service but unfortunately the restaurant and room service were not operating at the current times. Would recommend staying at this location.

  Amazing location and great staff

  The staff here are wonderful, very friendly, and the room was good for the price. The staff, upgraded room and view, the location, and the breakfast made this stay memorable. The exterior and lobby look impressive. Loved being downtown and the Soldiers and Sailors monument was not even a half a block down. The rooms are ok but a bit dated. I had to ask to see if a status upgrade was available upon check-in. It wasn't just offered as part of my perks. I have yet to have any Hilton Hotel offer the upgrade though, I always have to ask so not a big deal. Price - Booked a great deal for a King room. Then a Hilton Honors upgrade to a King Deluxe Suite. Total cost with valet was good for downtown. I would have been disappointed if the stay was a higher price though. Room - King Deluxe Suite on the 16th Floor with a skylight and downtown view. It was nice but the furnishings and room looked like the year of the last remodel started with "19". The was Bathroom was small but a good hot shower with nice water pressure. I didn't want to get out of the shower. Bed was ok and I slept well. Linens and comforter seemed thin but it was fine and did rest well. Valet - $37.00. The Valet Staff were great, and loved the text to retrieve car option. Traffic and getting in and hot of the hotel was always a hot mess. Front Desk & Lobby Staff - Great staff and it seemed extremely busy and handled the craziness with ease! The pool looked fun but we didn't get in. There was an incident with a non-guest following guests to their floor but it was addressed and most likely slipped in because they were so busy. Coffee in the lobby in the morning was great and much appreciated. All covid and Hilton clean stay precautions were followed. Elevators are a bit crowed. 4 people can not distance properly in there. Prices were reasonable for breakfast and though breakfast was included in MyStay as a preferred option. You have to grab a bite here. They have the best French toast. We requested a late check out which was not an issue. It was nice to let the crowd clear and take our time on departure. I would recommend a stay here if you want to stay downtown and at a reasonable cost.
