  Comfortable and Classy

  Room was quiet and comfortable. Not a lot of noise considering the amount of coming and going from guests. Room was classy, and not cheesy or cheaply decorated.The workout area was super cold, but I appreciated that after I started working out.

  Another great stay

  I stayed here again for 5 nights on business. My stay was very good. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location was very convenient for me. The A/C got very cold! This is a great place to stay, close to the airport. I expect to stay here again when in the area.

  Spotlessly Clean, Friendly Staff, A Few Issues

  Pros: The hotel was spotlessly clean, updated, and the staff were all extremely friendly. The bed was comfortable, and I felt safe with the cleaning precautions taken during COVID. The location was excellent. We would definitely stay there again. Cons: There were a few minor things that were less than ideal, such as an outrageously priced convenience store in the lobby and a charge for high speed internet, but the overall environment made up for those nuances. However, we had one issue that, while not major for us, could've caused serious problems in another situation. The electronic door locking/unlocking mechanism on our door died. We left for breakfast and returned to find that there were no staff with access to the correct charger to get into our room, and were told there wouldn't be any staff available to get us into our room until noon. This took about 3 trips up and down from the front desk to our room to determine. Thankfully, we didn't have anywhere pressing to be, but had we needed to catch a flight or had critical medication or a small child in the room, it could've quickly become a very big problem. Otherwise, our stay was pleasant.

  Rude Staff, TV doesn't work, Charged Extra

  Our TV didn't even work when we got into our room, so we ended up having to switch rooms into something we didn't even want. Then we got charged extra for items we were told were free because of our inconvenience of switching rooms. Called back to figure out where charges were coming from and they were extremely rude and short on the phone.

  Pot, parties and lots of noise!

  Ive stayed here twice now in a three week span, both times on weekends. I stayed here a second time only because I love the hot tub. The first time I stayed on the first floor and the doors seem paper thin, I woke up numerous times to people talking in the hallway as well as pot smoke. The talking wasnt quiet my any means, it was loud but nonetheless, woke me several times. Can we not enforce a quiet time, at least from midnight - 4. Im currently laying in bed now and staying on the third floor. My room reeks of pot again, gets stronger every hour or so and the noise above me is terrible. There was a party on the third floor that they allowed for far too long. The cops showed up and a huge scene was made. Their tolerance here for noise, partying, smoking is far to relax for me. This will be my last night at this Hilton.
