  Un Hotel para Descansar

  Muy bonito Hotel! Está ubicado a la orilla de un lago y cuenta con una pasarela hermosa por donde pasear y conectar con la playa municipal. Recomiendo pedir habitación con vista al lago, para disfrutar los amaneceres y atardeceres. El hotel no tiene desayuno incluido en la tarifa pero cuenta con una cafetera muy buena en la habitación. El tamaño de la habitación es estándar y cuenta con todas las comodidades. Está a distancia caminable del centro del pueblo, una visita obligada ya que es muy pintoresco. En el último día tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado y el personal puso toda su voluntad para solucionarlo. La pileta muy bonita, con flotadores para los niños. Definitivamente recomiendo este hotel.

  Muy buena atención

  MI estancia en Hilton Garden Inn fue muy buena. Los meseros muy atentos. Las camareras también hicieron muy buen trabajo. En la recepción siempre estuvieron para apoyar. Las instalaciones están en buenas condiciones. y Está cerca del cuadro del centro. Gracias.

  Customers Not Wearing Masks

  The hotel wasnt bad. Its in a nice location. The staff wasnt instructing people to put their masks on and people were blatantly disregarding the signs everywhere. Keep this in mind if you choose to stay here and want to be safe during the pandemic. People were walking right up to the counter without them. They were getting on elevators without them too.

  Beautiful property, but the details disappointed

  Our family of four (two adults, two teenagers) planned our stay in Granbury to attend a funeral. A few days before our trip I attempted to make reservations online, but I couldn't find an option to request adjoining rooms. I called the reservation number, and the attendant was extremely helpful. When I asked for adjoining rooms - One king, one with two beds (queen or full are fine), he asked if I wanted a city view or a lake view ($20 more per room). I opted to splurge for the lake view - We could all enjoy some beautiful scenery these days. At check-in, we were told that there were no adjoining rooms with a lake view; as in, they don't exist. The only adjoining rooms are on the city view side of the hotel. We could either get adjoining rooms with a city view, or separate rooms (next door to each other) with a lake view. We chose the latter, so we could enjoy the lake view that we had been looking forward to. Again, the hotel is large, and beautiful. The views of the lake are indeed stunning, but there were a few small things about our rooms that really were aggravating. The first thing I noticed was that the room was quite small. The bathroom is tiny, and there's not enough room for the bathroom door to open in to the bathroom - Instead, it has to open out, against the room door. I generally like to keep the bathroom door open, with the light on. Not a big deal. Also, our king room's bathroom only had a shower - no tub. The room with two queens was much larger, though the bathroom was still quite small... although, it did at least have a bath tub. The next issue was that there was no room safe! This was a BIG drawback for us. We came in a day before the visitation, to unwind and relax. When we took the kids down to the pool, there was an "out of order" sign. The front desk attendant said the heater was broken, and they had no estimate when it would be repaired. My next issue was with the "digital key" option - I enabled the digital key for both rooms via the Hilton app on my phone, but it downloads a security token to your device, so it can't be used from more than one device. After the first time I used the digital key to unlock the doors, everyone's card keys were disabled. I was able to visit the front desk and have this fixed. Overall, the stay was fair. The room prices were about average, as was the room. The beds were super-firm, but the pillows were dreamy! Staff was very attentive and pleasant, and the hotel was within walking distance of the historic town square. We would stay again.

  Great visit! Two Nights!

  We will be returning this month! Loved the beautiful hotel and location; the staff behind shield counter were great and brought us extra towels the next night. The staff called our room to tell us about the great Chef prepared boxed breakfast. The space is great and we loved the lake view. Masks are required in the lobby and upon entering restaurant. Like anywhere, they could be removed once in the open restaurant area you sit or drink. Cant wait to go back.
