  Wonderful staff

  Weve stayed at quite a few Garden Inns in various cities so we know what to expect accommodation wise, but this location really excelled at customer service in my opinion. Every member of staff we encountered was very helpful and kind and took a few extra minutes to extend us really great hospitality. Nothing was too much trouble and we very much appreciated them for making our stay that much more enjoyable. Thank you guys!

  Comfortable Stay

  As Hilton Honors members, we are thrilled to recommend this establishment to everyone. The room was very clean, the mattress was exceptional and, in general, the whole stay was awesome. We will definitely return to this Inn when we stay in Frederick MD next time. We can't say enough wonderful things about this place.

  Best Hotel experience in Maryland

  As an IT consult with frequent travels to client sight for over 5years now. The Hilton Garden Inn at Frederick, MD offers the best service experience, The staffs always go above and beyond to meet your expectation and make your stay memorable. The chefs at the kitchen were awesome! the rooms are very spacious and welcoming, house keeping on point. And the location to other amenities perfect!   Excellent!

  Everything was first rate. The staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful, the rooms were totally clean but smelled fresh, not like chemicals, and the beds were super comfortable. We ordered room service, and it was superb! My husband said it was the best cheeseburger he had ever had, and the salmon that I ordered was perfectly cooked and delicately spiced. Also, the noon checkout gave us a lovely relaxing morning, Hilton never disappoints.

  Love it! Wonderful staff!

  I have not stayed away from home in a hotel since last 2019, before COVID. my son Jonathan lives in Frederick and felt that I needed a weekend away. I have been hesitant to stay in a hotel due to COVID, but Jonathan convienced me that I would be safe. As a nurse, I loaded up my spray disinfectant, cleaners and masks and gloves to disinfect the entire room. After checking in and going to my room, I noticed the outside had a "seal" stating that the room had been cleaned and disinfected. After breaking the seal and entering the room, I noticed that the surfaces were cleaned. I had a black light and the comforter on the bed was without stains (Yes, I do check). The bathroom had a notice of everything that was cleaned and sprayed including light switches, desk and bathroom counter, handles of drawers and doors, even the handles that open the curtains. I was impressed that that television remote (big place for germs) was cleaned and placed in a plastic bag! A small refrigerator and microwave are great if you want to bring your own food which helps in decreasing social contact. I still sprayed the room down and soon got comfortable in bed. There was a reassuring smell of bleach on the pillows and sheets. Bonnie and the gentlemen at the front desk were wonderful! Very pleasant staff who encouraged me to ask for any assistance if required. Would I stay here again, definitely! This is the first hotel that I felt safe in staying.
