    Best Functional Option

    Fui de viaje de negocios y el hotel fue muy bueno, se encuentra dentro de patriots place, entonces las opciones de compra y comida son las justas y necesarias para los viajes de negocios. El wifi es muy bueno y el staff tiene muy buena disposición.

    Asistencia juego de los Patriotas

    Hotel tiene una excelente ubicacion si tienes planeado asistir al Gillete Stadium; se encuentra en la Patriots Place donde encontraras restaurantes; bares; tiendas; boliche y cines; todo a unos pasos. Puedes pasar un fin de semana increible, cuenta con estacionamiento; habitaciones amplias y confortables; internet gratuito; desayuno buffet y en general todo bien con los estandares de la cadena Hilton

    Beautiful, Clean with Excellent Customer Service

    Stayed for one evening while visiting local colleges with our daughter. Weve stayed at a number of Hiltons in the area since our son attends college locally. This one, however, has been our favorite. The room was nicely appointed and spotlessly clean. The front desk agents were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. I am sorry we didnt get their names because they should be recognized by management for their terrific customer service. The location is fabulous. It is steps away from shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed some drinks in the outdoor seating area and breakfast in the morning. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a great stay!

    Sports event

    Although this hotel is a gorgeous clean hotel the situation that transpired for my visit and how management has handled it I would rate this a zero. I was arriving very late evening tried to check in on the app and get digital key for a contactless arrival straight to our room for early morning. I was already checked in when I went to my app not by myself. Immediately called hotel. Shaquina couldnt find my reservation. Gave no explanation at first as to what she explained later and had me on and off hold for a good 15 minutes. All the while I should have been able to drive over to hotel and get in my room. Worried someone checked in. Concerned about security issues as no one should be checking someone in unless they do it themselves. They made keys for my room that were sitting on the counter Unlocked in with bunch of others while no one at the counter. She finally gets back with I found your reservation we check everyone in at desk who hasn't arrived yet and there is issue with app to get digital key. I told her no one should be checked in unless they check in themself or request it and now during covid i cant get contactless check in and dont want to come to front desk to show id and get keys. She told me I am making a big deal out of nothing. Not the thing you say to an already upset customer concerned about inability to do contactless check in during covid and security issue with keys and whose time you have wasted over this. It gets worse. I arrive at hotel and the doors locked. No one at front desk says ring bell. No one answer ring ring. Waited out there like 5 minutes. Ring one last time. No one knock on glass door she comes right out the back. Scott manager later says she was in bathroom?? He wasnt there though and she came right out when knock. When I finally get in after wasted time on phone and then standing outside hotel unable to get in. No apology again she elevates situation more by telling me this whole thing not their issue that there is glitch with digital app. Taking no responsibility again. No apology for the hotel and for the inconvenience. She gave me hard copy keys from a pile sitting on the counter not from a locked drawer as Scott claims later (again he was not there). Speak to manager Scott Liebman and he was defending Shaquina from moment we started call. He didnt want to hear me tell story and then address concerns. He already knew story from Shaquina and me as the customer was wrong for being upset over situation. No apology from Scott on anything the hotel did wrong just defended Shaquina. He was told by her that a guest saw the interaction in lobby and asked if she was ok. Funny though that guest was a parent I knew so that is not what happened but Scott said that he worked with Shaquina for 7 years and she goes to church every day. So Shaquina gets away with how she handled this cause Scott was going to back her up no matter what I said. He doesnt know how to listen to a story and be apologetic for the inconvenience caused and how it was handled because he was more concerned about backing up his lying rude employee who pretends to be a saint. Beware of security issues and inability to be contactless during covid and management who backs up there employees.

    Great place to stay!

    We made a reservation to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn because there was a predicted snow storm and we were to receive our Covid 19 vaccination on February 2. We stayed on Monday, February 1. The people at the hotel could not be nicer or more helpful. The safety protocols they had throughout the hotel were amazing. The room was large and very comfortable. It overlooked Gillette Stadium and we watched people arriving for their vaccine. There was a snow storm and a big one. It was really a good thing we stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn. A special shout out to Scott the General Mgr. and Nancy at reception. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
