  Great stay, excellent staff!

  This hotel is very nice! It's right next to the pier, and lots of restaurants, and even an arcade next door. Everything was super clean, and COVID 'friendly', all staff were wearing masks while indoors, and all guests followed guidelines, as well (per the large signs on each entrance). I absolutely loved the view our room had, on the gulf view. The rooms were very clean, and had everything you'd need, and if you forgot anything at home, the hotel was more than reasonable in providing any accommodations for replacement items. The check in was very quick, and the man that checked us in - 2 double thumbs up!!! We absolutely will stay at this hotel again; and are counting down the days til we come back.

  Don't stay here

  There are a ton of places to stay around here, don't stay here. I'm currently staying here right now and it sucks. We came in, the toilet was clearly not sanitized, the bed was missing a sheet, and the cherry on top is that they wouldn't let us check out late. Apparently they had 10 rooms checking out late and therefore they couldn't let us check out late. Like come the Eff on. Especially during a GD pandemic, they aren't cleaning the bathrooms??? Like wtf? Seriously. How do you make a bed without a sheet??? Do yourself a favor, stay at Four points or Holiday Inn. This place sucks.

  very clean and quiet, with wonderful staff

  We landed here after a very horrible night at another hotel down the road (where we checked out early from). The staff here was very accommodating from check in to check out. Dale at the front desk went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we were happy. Everything was very clean - Even the remote had a "freshly sanitized" wrapping around it! The Bathroom was immaculate. The beds were clean and comfy. We got a great night of sleep here! The grounds and beach are beautiful. We were quite impressed with this hotel - it is now first on our list to stay at every time we visit family in the area.

  Perfect getaway

  Hilton standards are to be commended and this location speaks volumes to those high standards. COVID cleanliness, mindful social distance reminders, convenient amenities when needed, pleasant and helpful staff. Our room was quiet, clean, comfortable and checkin and out was fast and easy. The location is convenient to shops and restaurants and being beachfront to a well maintained and beautiful beach is a big plus. It was too cold to use the pool or spa but it looks clean and enticing. I will definitely consider this HGI location for future family, personal or couples getaway.

  Lazy River

  First off they have a great location with a clean atmosphere and friendly service the double bed queen room is nice with multiple usb/plug outlets very clean the Lazy river with a waterfall is awesome along with a hot tub
