  Super Comfortable

  I usually dont sleep well in hotels. However, the comfy mattress and lovely pillows allowed me to get a good nights sleep. The room was clean. Didnt stay for the breakfast. Friendly staff. I recommend this hotel just off I95.

  Don't waste your time

  Despite the room having tape on the door that the room was cleaned, it clearly was not. The coffee maker had coffee grounds and water left by the previous guest. I opted to grab my coffee from the lobby. Then when I went to take my shower, I see the shower liner covered in mold. So disappointing to see that management allows this during a time when I'd expect the safety of their guests would be a priority.

  Friendly people, good location

  We were here for an event at the event center next door for a few days. This place is convenient to several restaurants. The staff was friendly and the food is good as well. Definitely recommend if you are in town.

  Great Location, Ok service

  We stayed at the Hilton Garden overnight. The hotel is very clean and conveniently located close to restaurants, the mall and the convention center. There is ample parking and a bar and restaurant. We went to the bar which the have removed the bar stools because of Covid. They were not busy the drinks were well made and affordable. The only observation was that the staff did not engage with the patrons and seemed to have a number of staff members hanging out around the bar while on duty. We were happy with the property and will stay there again.

  Everything A Hilton Garden Inn Should Be

  I am a Hilton Honors Gold member with many years of experience with the brand. I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn, on a round trip to Florence, SC relocating one of my Daughters. We were towing a U-Haul Trailer. I can attest to adequate parking for 33ft vehicles or truck & trailer. Great location with easy access to everything you can possibly think of. This is what I expect from a Hilton Garden Inn! Check-in was effortless. I told the front desk my name, and they handed me my key, thanked me for being a Gold member, and asked me to call them if they could do anything to make my stay more pleasant! Friendly, courteous, polite, everything that I didn't experience in my previous night's stay in Virginia. People were wearing masks and distancing, but the restaurant and bar were open for business! Unfortunately, I could not try the food opting instead to eat out with my vegan allergy-laden daughter. I did have a few drinks, reasonably priced and reasonably poured. The property looked and smelled like it was brand new. The Hilton Cleanstay seals were on the doors, and the room was squeaky clean. Great spacious tiled bathrooms with plenty of hot water. The coffee was always available and always hot. I stayed three nights which included extending my stay, which was also effortless and promptly handled by the staff on short notice. My only complaint was that the air conditioner in our room was very loud and requires servicing. Fortunately for my son and I we were so tired every night we were able to drop off despite the noise. I am going to be returning to Florence now that I have a daughter living there. I will be making this property my home away from home. Thank you for the beautiful stay.
