Clean, quiet rooms, adheres to social distancing measuresStayed here for business. Floor markings denote proper spacing for check in. Staff wearing masks and there is a clear partition for extra protection. Staff was very friendly for check in/out. Room was clean and marked showing it was sanitized to Hilton's standards. It was actually better than I had expected. I've had to stay in other hotels during the COVID-19 pandemic and none was as clean as this place. Conveniently located off of I-5. Pool was closed.

Worn out, outdated room, filthy bathroom with a stinky curtain, "highway view", loud, bad air in the room, maids smokeWorn out, outdated room, filthy bathroom with a stinky curtain, "highway view", loud, bad air in the room, maids smoke and stink up elevators and halls by breathing out that nastiness. Internet was not working. Some reception staff is okay but overall - could have been much much better. Dryers were out of order. No breakfast.

Better than recent reviews indicatedI was a bit hesitant to stay here given the many tepid recent reviews. But we decided to give HGI the benefit of the doubt. Overall, we were pleased with the stay. Part of the reason I'm tending towards Hilton these days is the fact that you can check in with your phone and use the phone as your room key. No need to interact with any staff. The less interaction during COVID times, the better for all of us. Found the room to be up to usual HGI standards. The only bugaboo is the thin walls. Yeah, I know, thin walls are in the ears of the beholder. I could hear the alarm clock of the person next door going off at 5 a.m. -- and again twice more because they hit the snooze. And I could hear the alarm go off in the room on the other side at 5:30 a.m. I've not had this issue before during many, many HGI stays, so I gotta think it's the architecture of this property. But I'm a light sleeper, so your results may vary. Anyway, still an OK stay for the price. And I appreciate their efforts at cleanliness and other safety measures during these times.

BEST HILTON GARDEN INN... EVER!!!In putting together over 700,000 Hilton points, weve seen a lot of HGIs but none as superlative as this one. Admittedly, we had an accessible room which is often a wee bit larger than standard rooms. But this King 1-Bedroom was super-sized, starting with a giant 2-person whirlpool tub (and stand-alone shower). There was also a very, very large living room with microwave/refrigerator, big wet-bar sink and even a half-bathroom. The windows are screened and open for a breeze, too. The fitness room was, you guessed it, bigger than most with machines, free weights and a water dispenser. Staff here could not have been nicer, so very helpful with whatever extra your room might need. Ice machines on each floor. There is complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning and best to check with the front desk on what breakfast entails during these hopefully-waning virus woes. Staff does ask that you wear a face mask. Special thanks to GM Amy, who makes this ship run so smoothly. Good show, Amy!

SERVICE FAILUREI've been a Diamond member with Hilton Honors since 2007. Without a doubt this property is one of the worst. They violate Hilton policy by trying to charge Diamond members things that they should receive for free. Diamond members are supposed to receive hot breakfast for free. They attempted to charge me $10. When I pointed out that this violated policy, I was told that this is what they do there. This property has taken advantage of the pandemic by no longer providing services that are not restricted by the county Healthcare Department. Hilton should immediately revoke their license to operate as a Hilton property. Absolutely terrible staff who are poorly trained and look like they've even out partying all night. Who runs this place and why do they have a job. Buyer beware. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Effective immediately,I've instructed the Travel Department of my company to no longer book Hilton properties. Guess what Hilton, we have a choice and it is no longer you.
