  Clean, Friendly & Great Wifi

  During my 3 day stay here I can tell you the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The AC in my room was not cooling properly and the staff had me in a new room 5 minutes from reporting the issue. The lobby as well as the rooms are very clean. The rooms have additional sanitation measures which was definitely appreciated. The beds were comfortable and pillows in multiple sizes to meet your needs. The wifi during the day and at night was very strong and easy to access. I didnt use the restaurant or bar but I saw others using them. The store at the front is well stocked with snacks and amenities. We would definitely use this hotel again when in Edmond.

  Britt was amazing

  We were on a couple's trip and Britt made our stay magical. She made us reservations at the most beautiful restaurant overlooking the city and made us a list of places to visit afterwards. She even printed maps for us so we didn't need to worry about where we were going and had everything waiting in our room for us with a bottle of wine and chocolates. I have never experienced customer service like that in my life. The compassion she showed us and her overall passion for her job shown through to us and we feel so blessed that she was the one to handle this special occasion for us. She really made our evening special. We will be back again! Thank you for easing the tension and nerves for us, we are grateful to you.

  Excellence on every level!

  My husband and I stayed for two nights to celebrate our anniversary. What a lovely hotel! Everything was clean, orderly, quality and well-attended to. The decor is really tasteful and pretty. The staff were very friendly. We were pleasantly surprised that they still offer breakfast, since other hotels have dropped that during the pandemic. Breakfast was awesome, as were the servers, Kaitlyn and Jessica. Thank you for a lovely stay! We hope to be back!

  Enjoyed our Stay

  We stopped at this nice hotel, without benefit of a reservation, to inquire about availability during a very long drive to see our kids and grandchildren in Houston for Christmas 2020. I prefer the Hilton brand above all others and was delighted to find this hotel along I-35. We had a nice stay, to include room service for our evening meal. The room was very comfortable and the meal was very good. We slept well. The parking lot was well-lit and spacious. Staff members were professional and helpful to two weary travelers.

  good hotel poor service

  Stayed at this hotel in December and the hotel was pretty nice. The staff was poor and they like to go on social media to complain about guests. I would not stay here again for that reason and I don't recommend anyone stay here either.
