  Not a great start

  The property is located right on 231 North near a lot of restaurants and shopping. I had to book here so I really had no choice. Any other hotel has in bold letters or banners advising travelers what and what is not available. After getting my keys is when I was informed that the pool area was closed. I asked if they could make an exception and was told the answer is no. End of the story. As a grown man I love being dismissed like a 6 year old. I asked because literally there were no other cars in the parking lot. It was as if the hotel was empty. There was absolutely no effort on the part ofthe manager who had checked me in to be welcoming at all. No Diamond Amenity, no apprecaition for being a loyal Hilton Honors member, no water in the room and no newspapers available in the lobby. Whilethese may all seem insignificant individually, added together it accentuates the point that the property had no regard for my business.

  Great stay

  My first time in Dothan but not my first time in a Hilton property. This location definitely met my expectations. Great location, food nearby, Target across the street. I was checked in by the Assistant General Manager. I dont remember his name but he was nice and pleasant. The computer system was a little quirky which caused a slight delay at check in but nothing major. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was accommodating and I could see proper social distancing rules being followed. I didnt visit the pool, but it was open with a guest limit of 10. All in all this will now be our go to whenever we stay in Dothan.

  Almost All Open

  Funning thing is, Bar is open but not restaurant. We stayed just overnight on way to Florida. Check-in fast and friendly. Room was very nice. I would stay here again. Hotel near several outside restaurants.

  Excellent Customer Service

  Checking in to the hotel was a breeze. Our accommodations were very nice. But the icing on the cake is that I left my diamond tennis bracelet in the room when I checked out and didnt discover that my bracelet was missing until we were several hours from the hotel. When I called and spoke to Zach, the manager, he said hed check with housekeeping and call me back. Within minutes, he called me and said my bracelet had been found and he would mail it to me. It arrived two days later.

  First time here

  This was our second time here. It's very clean and comfortable. Has fridge and microwave which is always a plus. The bed was comfortable and location is great. They have a bar/restaurant that we didn't use. Would stay again
