serice was greatI went for a relaxing weekend but unfortunately there was a children's birthday going on so the hot tub was not as relaxing as i had hoped with loud kids but that is to no fault of the hotrel. No more weekends for me. weekdays only

Clean! Quiet!I got a room facing west. It was quiet. The bed was clean and comfy. If you like many pillows, get the room with two beds..extra pillows than! The next morning I had breakfast in the hotel...this was a nice progression! The bathroom was clean. The hotel staff was polite and friendly.

Skip this placeAll went well until I got in the shower. Hairs High up. NASTY .Tried to explain about the shower they were unconcerned asked if I wanted a free coffee. Not very good Customer service. Went to a different place the next night. Due to Covid everything should have been extra clean. Advertises a restaurant in the hotel NOPE it is a bar. Best thing about this place was the Ice Machine.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever! Many Reasons Not To Stay Here!We had planned on staying here longer then we did. Being a Diamond Member with Hilton, we prefer this brand. But after the DAILY banging of doors (with latches) in the early morning (when we mentioned this to the GM she stated, yes, they do that here.), the filthy carpet in the rooms, the horrific dirty build up in the ac/ heating filters, the little to no Covid precautions (broken seal on room assigned to us as well as keeping all guests side by side by side in rooms and explained by the GM that doing so makes it easier for the housekeeping staff although much more dangerous for the guests.) For the most part Covid precautions are NOT practiced at this hotel. And be very aware that your credit card will have MANY additional holds than needed but you will be told it was the computer. The newly promoted Executive Housekeeper is a joke and REFUSED to address our issues, which were as simple as requesting a room cleaned for our incoming guest! She refused! And then hid from us! This hotel is obviously poorly managed. The very worst part of this experience was when we reached out to the property management company that manages this hotel, MIDDLETOWN HOTEL MANAGEMENT in BEAVERCREEK, OHIO. They dragged their feet and appeared to have very little concern for the guest experience. The President of this management company went on to tell us we had a very pleasant stay. Go figure! She apologized for nothing and appeared very defensive and rude. We were appalled by this entire experience. We will NEVER in the future stay in a hotel managed by MIDDLETOWN HOTEL MANAGEMENT .This hotel staff and the property management company need to revisit The Hilton Promise. Because the promise is badly broken here!

Bed smelled like urineWe stayed here overnight for a small family get away. The room was ok when we got there, we werent hanging out in the hotel so the room wasnt really a big deal. After spending the day shopping I took my nephew and young daughter swimming, we were told to check in at the desk so they could make sure there werent too many people in the pool. We did this, but the staff wasnt paying attention to the number of guests in the area. The pool was really nasty with hair floating in it and the spa too hot to comfortably use. We went up stairs and showered after the short pool time and got ready for bed. There were other guests running up and down the halls yelling from when we laid down at 10pm until around 2 am. A staff member did apparently ask them to keep it in their room but the noise didnt stop for long. I woke up early to the smell of urine and realized that it was coming from the bed/bedding. I showered and went to get more toiletries and towels so the other person in this bed could shower as well. I inform them of the situation and a staff member suggested my toddler, who was sleeping in our pack n play, urinated in the bed. The bed smelled so much, the smell had absorbed into our night clothes. They eventually sent up the housekeeping manager who took her mask off and smelled the bed, shoving her face into the sheets and bed, saying she didnt smell anything and since there was no stains there was no proof so there werent going to do anything. They refused to have another staff member see if they could smell the urine when I suggested the desk employee next to her she said he wasnt allowed. I even explained to the housekeeping manager I just wanted to make sure they didnt let another guest sleep in this bed and she just kind of shrugged and said she couldnt smell anything. I really just want to warn people this is the standard of this hotel and its management. This was the most disgusting and humiliating experience I have had. The management is ok with putting new sheets on the bed and letting you and your family sleep on a bed that smells of old urine.
