  el personal muy atento, me busco la opcion de hablar en espoñol con uno de sus representantes esto me ayudo a realizar un major ingreso al hotel, las area de pasillos y de habitan estan muy limpias, las area fuera del hotel estaban limpias y organizadas

  About 15 minutes from Downtown Columbus. Not a lot of traffic to deal with. The hotel itself, is easily accessible. Not much of a view, due to being surrounded by hotels. The hot tub is out of order, permanently, as of 2/29/20

  Mostly good....but....

  Nice property - overall very good, especially location. Front desk attendant was MIA for 25 minutes in the morning taking a smoke break - she smelled so badly of smoke when she returned that the other guests and I had to take a few steps back from the counter. My room had a ceiling leak that seems to have been persistent based on the stains on the ceiling. I discovered it in the middle of the night - the dripping was disrupting my sleep. Towel on the floor solved the problem until morning. Check in was great - very pleasant and helpful employee. Housekeeping and maintenance people all super nice and friendly - helped me practice some of my Spanish! Overall property is in very good shape. One room does not tell the whole story.

  Mostly Peaceful

  I just spent the past 4 days at the Hilton Garden Inn Dublin. The hotel was conveniently located and had a nice well maintained appearance on the outside. I was accidentally given a Queen Room when we had booked a King w/sofabed. I let front desk know of this and they immediately fixed the problem. Front desk was always efficient and friendly. Overall, the decor was inviting. Rooms were of good size and well laid out. There were attractive red accents. The shower was particularly nice, relaxing and well finished. There were a few chips and scuff marks on doors and furniture. I get the feeling that it has been several years since the last renovation. Overall, it was still an inviting room. Of particular note was the fact that the bed was EXTREMELY comfortable. I had an excellent sleep on the mattress. Often, hotels struggle to provide pillows that match the mattress experience. I was able to find multiple pillow that fit me perfectly. The only drawback in room comfort was noise isolation as the walls were kind of thin. Finally, COVID has changed the way the hotel has operated. The usual Hilton Garden breakfast has been replaced with breakfast bags for the time being. The breakfast bags, while not as comprehensive as a Hilton Garden sit down breakfast, actually was simple and wholesome (and free!). The rate was down to ~$85/night which is an excellent deal.

  Clean & super sanitized

  This is our second stay at this Hilton Garden Inn in Dublin Ohio. We stayed here for a week a month ago. My husband is currently a gold member but very close to being a diamond member, so we have stayed at many Hilton Garden Inn around the country. This place is one of the best for its cleanliness, customer service and location. We were impressed with the outstanding service that Jessica Meyers and her staff extended to us. Jessica was always proficient, professional, accommodating of our requests and needs and was always friendly, bright and happy. We were also very impressed with the way they sanitized everything including carts and the laundry area after each use. No other hotel we have stayed at sanitize their laundry area that much.
