Im staying here againThe location was far easier to access & depart from than I first thought it would be. Parking is arranged quite well. The lobby and room have a modern look and feel without doing the currently trendy dorm-style aesthetic. The overall size of my room was excellent for a single traveler or couple with plenty of conveniently placed outlets (standard and usb) The meeting/dinning area surrounding the lobby is spacious. My only possible issue is the small size of their workout room with limited treadmills and elliptical units (3 and 1). The day I waited until 6:45 to work out had a line for machine use. Overall I would give it a high 4.5. Fix the limited exercise room and its a solid 5.

Just averageWe stayed at this hotel (without a breakfast included) because we thought it would be a step up from the sister hotel across the parking lot which was the Hampton..with breakfast included. The entrance area offered a beverage area of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, if you were lucky enough to get either. We experienced No hot water, tea or coffee on three different occasions. We had to ask for hot chocolate. When we asked for hot chocolate from the one lady near bar/ breakfast nook she was not the most pleasant. We were made to feel like we were the problem because they didnt restock as needed. We stayed at this hotel also because they offered a shuttle to and from the Andrea Bocelli concert. This service is flawed. Gave our names and a time that we wanted to leave upon arrival to the hotel. That meant nothing the night of concert. We stood with over fifty or more guest in the breeze way of the hotel for at least 45 minutes or more. Cold air shooting in each time door opened and shuttle which took only about 12-15 people. Had they used a system they could of gave times to the guest as to when to show up for a ride instead of people trying to get ahead to get into small shuttle. Coming back from concert you are standing out in the parking lot with no cover from rain or extreme cold. We waited with all the many other guest until the cold got so bad we called for a Uber. That meant crossing a four lane highway to get away from big crowds to catch a ride. We heard many guest complaining about this service which turned out not to be a service at all. Sadly disappointed by the Lounge which was not a lounge but the breakfast area with a snack bar area of about six stools. You are basically in the corner of the hotel lobby...not a lounge. The lounge also has short hours closing at 10:00 pm the Saturday night we were there. After returning on a weekend evening from the concert we were ready to have a drink but the lounge was closed. The hot water for tea or hot chocolate was out too. Yikes!!! Really. We also had let the hotel know that we saw an open slider window that was only about a foot an a half high off the floor....open ...in the snack room, we closed it, locking it. Our first thought was the cold blowing in ..then the danger it could of been for a small child who could easily falling out. This is the snack machine area where kids can come into. We then saw a small ladder that made us think a maintenance man was perhaps on the lower roof top. We unlocked the window but closed window almost all the way. Very careless ..... The room was okay but nothing special. Our room window looked across the parking lot at a hotel that looked to be a dump. The Hilton hotel is clean. They offer breakfast but it is not included. We wrote a similar letter to hotel when we got home but we had not posted on trip advisor at the time. Since we never heard from them we thought others should know our experience.

Great Hotel convenient to downtown. This hotel has always been my first choice if I need to go to Columbus. Its about 5 minutes drive to the convention center downtown. The staff are all friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean with nice amenities. The restaurant was open for dinner and the food here is always excellent. The buffet and made to order breakfast is the best of anywhere I have stayed, although currently not offered due to COVID restrictions, we sure missed it! I wouldnt hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone.
