  El hotel está bien mantenido. Todo funciona correctamente. Todo el personal es muy correcto. Me sorprendió que no hicieran la habitación todos los días y que debiéramos pedir que nos cambien las toallas El desayuno está completo. Lo recomiendo.

  Reliable Hilton

  We tend to stay at Hiltons a lot while we travel. This one was clean and was following all covid procedures. Everyone was very friendly. We ordered dinner from their room service restaurant downstairs and it was very good. We stay again.

  One night stay in Columbia

  I stayed one night on my way down to Charleston. The reception was pleasant, the hotel was clean, and the room was nice. There are a few restaurants in the area and it is a short drive to downtown. There is no maid service due to Covid, so ask the front desk if you need anything.

  Hotel has a huge bug and bigger management issue

  We stayed at this hotel because it was near where we were receiving our first Covid shot. We are diamond members and HGI hotels have always been pretty consistent in their quality. On the positive side, the employees we interacted with were very competent and pleasant. The hotel had a nice appearance and plenty of cleaning / hand sanitizing material available. Breakfast was good, service excellent. There are many charging stations available if you have electric cars. On the negative side, there is train tracks that run behind the hotel, at 3am the freight train roars by... reminds you of My Cousin Vinny. The refrigerator did not cool and the room smelled like cigarettes. The worst thing however was in the bedroom there 2 types of bugs; Ladybugs, which were all over the walls and a 2nd type of bug (my wife looked it up and they're called stink bugs). We got rid of them all and went to bed, in the morning, the walls were again filled with Ladybugs. At checkout, I reported the issues especially the bugs to the representative (with pictures) he was not surprised and told me that the manager would be responding to me within the next couple of days. That was over a week ago and even with a review submitted through Hilton I have not been contacted. Clearly this hotel has a management team that doesn't care about the quality of the stay and more importantly following up on commitments. Its sad that the employees at this hotel have to deal with unhappy guests while the management refuses to follow up or more importantly address the issue. Besides near lifetime diamond Hilton, I am also lifetime Titanium with Marriott, I can honestly say this has been the worst experience at any hotel I been at...

  Clean, Comfortable, and Great Location

  I am super picky about hotels and I am a Hilton regular customer. I like the Lysol seal on the room that is broken only after the guest enters the room. Our room was clean and there were no foul odors, it just smelled fresh. All of the furniture was clean and comfortable, including the beds. Yes, this hotel is located near a train track, but I only heard two and if the sound is bothersome, there are ear plugs that are in the bathroom with the toiletries. I would recommend staying here and I would stay here again.
