  buen hotel

  en general el hotel esta muy bien, situado cerca de vías importantes. el único pero es que el internet por wifi no llega bien a las habitaciones. el desayuno es completo con alimentos calientes y preparación de omeletes y huevos al gusto.

  Excellence personified

  Staff: exceptional & friendly. Food: not a lot of choices, but its good, and the wait staff are exceptional. Housekeeping: take their job seriously and are very nice. Building and grounds are always immaculate- even during redesign & additional construction the place was kept exceptionally clean and accessible. It is centrally located near lots of restaurants and the major highways. If you travel to Jefferson City or Columbia, Missouri, it truly is the best pace to stay.

  Grateful

  Very happy and grateful that this Garden Inn is open during this pandemic. I used their room service to get a nice dinner. The room was nice and clean. The grounds immaculate. Appreciate the dedication of the Garden Inn's employees.

  Cleanliness issues

  Hotel lobby was clean, staff super friendly, parking a breeze. Normally (albeit, I haven't been able to travel since Feb, maybe things have changed?) Honors status is acknowledged at check in, but nothing this time around. I would've thought, though, that after we had to come down to change rooms because there was what appeared to be a clump of freshly shaved hair in the shower, that perhaps some sort of acknowledgement of my status might be made, perhaps a genuine apology instead of a half-hearted one would take place? No such luck. Moved to a second room, by now we were running late so we dropped our stuff off and headed out. Got back to the room to discover a dirty hand towel hanging over the shower rod that we hadn't noticed when we first checked in. Called the front desk to let them know; got another barely half-hearted apology. No offer to refund points used to pay for the room, no extension of extra points to me, no offer for a breakfast voucher or something else to make up for it, nothing. Would be nice to have had some sort of offer extended my way in exchange for dealing with previous occupant's mess. If they missed these obvious things in cleaning the room, all I could think about is what not-so-obvious things did they miss as well that I just can't see?

  Very comfortable stay

  Room is extremely clean! Beds are very comfortable. Very quiet stay. The jetted tub was a complete bonus after being on the road for 9 hours!!! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Very kid friendly.
