Killer maids! I'd turn back if I were you!ok, first off, tried calling this hotel numerous times for info, only to get a busy signal, desk clerk was always on phone, maids are extremely rude and totally lacking in customer service skills, had several problems while i was at this hotel which took an act of god to correct. bottom line ghetto staff stay elsewhere.

The good the bad and the uglyfirst off hotel is located in a very nice and convenient area, close to highways, shopping, and dining, rooms are very nice and clean and large, however with all the good points this hotel receives a big F for customer service, each maid i encountered were extremely rude( In order t get anything from the maids , they tell you to go to or call the front desk due to covid 19) no maid service only when you check out will they enter and clean your room, front desk clerk is was always on his phone, no breakfast to go bags. so you are telling me that even though you can just hand me a towel off your cart , I have to be inconvenienced and go all the way down to the front desk and wait to have it delivered to my room. I don't think so, diamond member here and i will not return, hold a job fair!

Stay Away - Far AwayAs a Hilton Gold Member, Im loyal to Hilton, always looking for Hilton properties first. Booked this hotel as a stop over on trip to OBX. First off the place is filthy, rooms, hallways, everywhere. Youd think during the times of COVID things would be cleaner, and they seem worse. If we hadnt arrived so late in the night, I would have looked for a new hotel. In the room we found dirt, pee on the floor in second bathroom, mold in main bathroom, adult toys left in closet, shades broken, stains everywhere. The next morning we realized we only had 2 towels, so I asked the maids for extras. After the angry sigh, she said ok I guess Ill have to go down stairs and try to find you some. 20 mins later she came back with thin pool towels, not bath towels, saying that all they had. So if I could give zero stars I would -

Disappointed for a HGII stayed here one night for business. In a good location for shopping and food options. Walking on the lobby is what you expect of an HGI. Once in the second floor hallway and my room I was disappointed. The areas seemed to be cleaned up the areas are old, stained and need updating. Next time I am in the area I will chose a different hotel. In my pictures you can see the stains in the bathroom. There are stains on the carpet, ceiling and chair. I did not sit in the chair in the room. Chose to sit outside to read.

They dont follow there own policyOnly think I want was house keeper to make my bed ever day and bring me towels for my 6 night stay. ,,,, only thing I got from manger was they dont do room service while I stay here. They didnt even try to work any thing out with me other then leave Me there policy at front desk . This will be my last time at this place. I could stay at home and get the same service that I got from these people,,,, Hilton garden inn if you want your Business to increase I suggest you you bring in new management. Like your Property on Ocean front where I was there last month for two weeks and got room service every day
