WORST HOTEL EVER!!!!!!This is by far one of the worst hotels weve ever stayed. Actually, Im surprised my wife didnt make us leave and go somewhere else. The first room smelled of smoke so we changed, the second room had a stopped up toilet and an old bag of cereal in the drawer; the key wouldnt work so we had to make several trips to the front desk; and there were holes in the ceiling. All this under the guise of the name Hilton...Paris, you better pay more attention to what you putting your name on!

MehYou never know who's writing a review... and more importantly, who's reading it. Check-in +++++ Great customer service. Her name was Tia, because she was great! First, they're undergoing remodeling, so I get it. Things look weird. But... it's hot in the lobby. It's hot in the hallway. It's hot in the elevator. Cool outside, but hot every inside. Except my room. They welcomed me with the thermostat set on 65. Perfect! Really!! Perfect!!! I'll warm up a room and be happy about it. I don't want to cool down a room when it's cool outside and hot EVERYwhere else. Second, Breakfast: I know, it's covid. Blame it. But I don't think they are really going out of their way to be hospitable with this breakfast thing they have going. So... people are in a room and they are trying to come up with brilliant ideas about how to keep their Hilton Honors patrons happy, content, and loyal. So (and I will find out tomorrow morning here in Concord, North Carolina), our happiness is "fulfilled" with your choice of: Coffee Chocolate Chip Muffin Yogurt the end...that's it... I asked the morning (or probably the nighttime desk clerk) if they had any milk. He replied "MILK!?" No. Was that an unreasonable request? We used to have hot food, juice, milk, pastries, keep it going... And now we get three things? For the same rate? With less employees working? Covid doesn't stop little milk cartons. Doesn't stop juice. Doesn't stop an assortment of pastries to choose from. However, it does allow a BRAND to save money and treat their loyal patrons like they are staying a lesser establishment. Is it about a bottom line? GAWD, I hope not. I've been a loyal Hilton patron for years as has everyone from my company, but this is less than standard. I want to get back to the beginning... with Tia. AWESOME (and I know you won't remember me because I was wearing a face mask (not weird, remember? Covid). I think you all should ask Tia what else you should ( not could) do during this "season" to keep us all happy... I'm pretty sure she can include a 25 cent half pint of milk and juice to allow us to leave feeling a LITTLE better about our stay.

Excellent StayI'm happy to report I had an excellent stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, as you would normally expect at a Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel has good precautions in place for safety during the pandemic, and I can tell you I had absolutely no concerns about that. The front desk staff were very friendly, professional and efficient. Although the dining room is temporarily closed due to the pandemic, there are very good dining options nearby. I ate at the Mexican restaurant just around the corner and it was excellent.

NiceWasnt perfect, but what is? This is a nice property thats currently under renovation. Overall it was a clean facility, other than the hallway from the diamond members parking. The hallway was dirty during most of our stay, the door at this entry was also supposed to be locked for guest safety but it never latched completely so it was always unlocked. The room is was also nice, if I had to find a problem then the only things I can pinpoint is the AC cover has busted and just looked terrible. Other issue is there was NO water pressure in the shower. All in all though, this was a good stay. Id definitely stay again. Just one more thing, I did notice multiple staff members without mask. That was unsettling since there are mask required signs posted everywhere.

Hair left in the showerHair was in the shower before we ever used it. Shower wouldnt drain properly. The room had the seal on the door saying it had been properly sanitized for covid. Highly dissatisfied after reading the reviews.
