  Es un hotel con buena atención. El manager Manny muy amable y con excelente disposición de ayudar al cliente. Bien ubicado. Cerca a ABQ Mall y Coronado Center. Restaurantes y TARGET cerca. Piscina cubierta. Buen desayuno.

  Muy bien ubicado!

  Muy buen hotel , excelente ubicación muy cerca del mall y de otras tiendas ! Nos hospedamos ahí antes de ir a Santa Fe y pudimos comprar todo el equipo que nos faltaba ! El hotel cuenta con piscina interior y es muy buena opción cuando se viaja con niños ! Me volvería a hospedar ahí las habitaciones son amplias y limpias !

  Stop over in Albuquerque

  We have been traveling Route 66. The hotel is an older facility with updates. Small bathroom, but clean room. Staff was friendly. Bed was old and not very comfortable. Pillows were flat too. Good value and nice location. Pool was closed and breakfast was effected for COVID19.

  Terrible Awful Dirty Dated and Disgusting

  The room is worn out and dated. The room is very dark. The light attached to the ceiling fan had no shade covering and the light was very harsh. The air conditioner sounded like a big freight truck was in the room. The mattress was worn out. There is some kind of foam pad over a worn out mattress. The mattress had big ruts in it and it was impossible to sleep. I will never stay here again. The carpets in the hallway were dirty and worn out and dated looking. You cant see out the windows in the room because they are covered with some kind of plastic sheeting. The carpet in the room is dirty. I was under the impression that a Hilton Garden Inn would be a step above the rest but I was wrong. I will never stay here again. I would never recommend this hotel and I will be much more careful from now on before I stay at a Hilton property.

  Not a Wonderful Stay

  First, we chose this hotel because of the wonderful experience we have had at the Garden Inn in Las Cruces, NM. It does appear that Hilton doesn't have a uniform training program for management. But, first the good. The hotel was in top shape physically -- it was clean and fresh. Our room had a special sticker on the door telling us that it had been specially cleaned because of pandemic issues. When we walked in, everything was, in fact, clean and we had no reason to doubt that their housekeeping was first rate. We also found the desk clerk friendly and he made us feel welcome from the time we walked in the door. However ... We soon found that although the TV had a hundred or so channels (some satellite system), almost none of them worked. We were able to get some local stations, but that was it. Also, the TV kept telling us that the remote batteries were low and we should exchange the unit (Not a biggie, but how about a little attention to detail, management). Of greater concern, the shower did not work properly. It was nearly impossible to get it to work at all, and when it did, the flow was very weak. We did turn this in when we left and the desk clerk said he would turn it in immediately. However, our biggest complaint is that we booked this stay through Tripadvisor and paid the extra fee for the full breakfast. We asked about this when we checked in and were told about the custom omelets, etc. which were available. A menu was on the desk in our room and we had instructions on how to deal with the pandemic restrictions. However, the next morning when we went down to breakfast, we were told that they were short on help and there would be no breakfast. We were given a little box containing a small cup of yogurt, a small can of orange juice and assorted junk food snacks. We found out later that this was some sort of thing that was given to Hilton Club members. We were told that there would be no adjustment of the amount we paid for the room because of this (The breakfast is $12) and when the hotel bill posted on our Visa, there was, in fact, no adjustment. Hilton asked for our review the next day and this was mentioned to them. However as of now, no member of management has contacted us and there has been no refund of the breakfast cost. We were ripped off! There are hundreds of hotels in Albuquerque; it would be well if you would consider something other than the Garden Inn.
