  Good location with fake information upon reservation

  1- they claim that they have bathtub (only), then the receptionist said we dont have bathtubs at all. 2- I asked for new towels, because what I had was like bitten by cat, after long time of waiting no one bring it. 3- there food is not fresh and the room service guy gave me wrong info about the food ( fillet nuggets and it wasnt) And that only in the first 6 hours of my stay

  Garden Inn - a nice place to stay.

  The staff at Garden Inn Al Khobar, are simply wonderful and very helpful. From Fahad and Saad at the front desk to Melvin taking care of the conference room, everyone will go the distance to make your stay special. Special thanks to the banqueting manager for his attention to details, and making the conference facilities ready and fit for purpose.

  Terrible

  The food is awful, the managers are not very welcoming or helpful. The other staff are very nice but this is sadly overshadowed by how slow the managers respond to anything and how unhelpful they are. Parking and getting a taxi in the morning is very difficult and there is a building site next door.

  Not a true Hilton feeling

  This is a small business hotel in the city. While it is a hilton hotel, it doesn't have the look and feel of typical Hilton hotels. Rooms are small, there is just 1 cafe/restaurant on ground floor. Lobby area is just a walkway and there is a small rooftop pool and health club. Mezzanine floor has prayer room and business center. Room service is very quick and efficient and breakfast is just okay with not too much variety. The hotel is pricey for the level of services available on site and in-room dining is expensive as well. Bed and sleep quality is great but the fridge is not pre-filled with snacks etc. which is bit strange. Room Wi-Fi is good. There are two large malls just across the highway and location is excellent.

  Staff and mangement

  Rooms are very clean, amenities are basics, but you will find everything you need. Separate, well equipped, nice gym for ladies, which is amazing in KSA, you can go workout any time you want, is just perfect. Management and staff are very friendly and helpful. Special thank you to Rami Abbas front desk manager for always helping for any questions and Shahin Miah from housekeeping for keeping rooms perfectly clean and tidy.
